Hidden treasure close to the vatican
Pros: Very close to Vatican, Metro and many Restaurants and Supermarkets, but in a courtyard... like a hidden treasure ;-) Also lots of filipino restaurants, which we liked a lot. As it is in an inner courtyard, you won`t recognise the noise of streets. Doors are locked with the Nuki-App and PIN-Code, which allows you to leave the key at home. The host was very friendly, available via Whatsapp and also helps, if you need something.
Cons: The Watersystem is a bit noisy, if using the toilet or the shower (in this room or the rooms above). But not that big of a deal. But for an apartment in a huge city like Rome, it is really quiet.

It was really nice stay, it was close to everything. To Vatican museum or to basilica St. Peter you could go by walk it
Pros: I liked the bathroom, there was really nice shower and crazy lights haha, it was cool.
Cons: I didn’t like just 2 things, there is problem with the balcony window so at first there was so cold I even when the radiators were at the top. But the lady you can communicate with was every time online for you and she told us how can we close it’s. It wasn’t perfect but for sure it was better. The second things was ants. There was some ants, when we saw it we was aware of the fact so we tried to close everything with the food inside, but we forgot about bread so there was so many ants… BUT OF COURSE the lady helped with everything via texting she told us what we should do (checked the food if it’s open) help us find the spray on the ants and everything, normally they would send cleaning lady but it was Christmas so we wasn’t that lucky. But we did everything we the help of the lady, Pamela. She was excellent. So even if there was something bad, Pamela helped with everything :)

A very good choice next to the Vatican!!!
Pros: Perfect location very close to the Vatican museums and San Pietro! Right next to the metro station Ottaviano and the new pedestrian via Ottaviano with shops and restaurants of all kind!!! The apartment is spacious for two persons and the kitchen has everything you need even for a long stay in Rome!!! It's perfect for winter visits as the heating works very well and you also get plenty of hot water in the shower!
Cons: The system to get in the building the first time is a little bit complicated if you're not very familiar to using apps of this kind! But once you're in then you use the keys provided that makes everything easier! Things could be easier if there was direct contact by phone with the people there but it's only possible via messages on Whatsapp!

A charming stay in Roma
Pros: The apartment is very charming, comfortable and clean. All the appliances work perfectly. There is a subway right around the corner, so it is easy to access tourist attractions like the Colosseum. To the the Vatican museums, you go on foot.
Cons: Sometimes, the app to open the front door do not work, so never forget to carry the keys, when you're there.

Pros: The location is exactly like in booking description, it is closely from Vatican museum and San Pietro Plaza and right on the location is a pizzeria ristorante where you can eat very good. Subway is the best city transportation that I used. Like a minus for the location is the water that is a little noisy in the bathroom( when wc is used), besides of this everything is perfect, the host is perfect also. I recommend the location and enjoy who will choose it.

Good apartment, but bad check in process
Pros: The room was very nice, the bed was comfortable and the kitchen set up was good. Everything was clean when we arrived but would have been nice to have a spare set of bedding and fresh towels for our 6 night stay.
Cons: The host was late to check us in. We informed the host in advance that we would arrive half an hour before check in and messaged the host when we were outside the room, as they had not sent us the front door code. We waited outside for 45min until they finally sent the code (15mins after the listed check in time). Host also requires city tax to be payed online, incurring unnecessary currency conversion and administrative fees.

Handy to the Vatican
Pros: Pamela was very responsive to our enquiries and sent clear and detailed instructions for getting into the apartment. The apartment was a good size with the bed up on a platform as shown in photos. The washing machine was handy and there were two small drying racks,. Apart from a small step into the courtyard and one into the apartment, the rest was flat. It was close to the Vatican, a metro station, restaurants and supermarkets. There were two dining chairs that could be used at the desk and 3 bar stools. The wifi was quick.It was very quiet.
Cons: Nothing. It was great!

Quality comfortable accomodation, close to the Metro
Pros: The Charming Studio was a comfortable, quiet and secure place. It is attractively decorated with a lovely vaulted brick ceiling. Two courtyards and a washing machine were useful bonuses.
Cons: The process to set up the booking was the most complicated of our three month trip, requiring bank transfers and downloading of a further app. In addition to the Booking app.

Pros: Excellent location, just about 5min walk from the Metro station, and 10mins from the Vatican, so getting to the hotspots was a breeze. Pamela was an excellent host, gave all the necessary information in advance, so there was no hassle with the self check-in (apart from the main door by the street being locked when we arrived). The studio is very spacious, and the various light options let you choose the atmosphere very well. Well maintained studio with everything one might need, in a great area with loads of cafes and pizzerias nearby.
Cons: Neighbours were a bit loud - children screaming and playing up until 1am on some occasions.
