Pros: Very nice and spacious apartment in a lovely neighborhood. Clean, equiped with all you may need during your stay. Very friendly owner also. It has a balcony, which we enjoyed everyday.

I highly recommend this apartment.

Pros: Spacious, comfortable, well equipped and very clean apartment, located in a quiet area, not far away from the center, accessible by bus (a bus station was at 20 m from location on the same street and other bus options at most 400 m from the location). The host was very kind and the communication was very good. I highly recommend this location and we will definitely come back.

Cosy spacious modern place

Pros: Owner was supportive and gave clear instructions in advance. It was clean, tidy and spacious apartment. Kitchen was well equipped (except kettle). There is even a robo-cleaner. Nice modern place. There is need of a bit walk till the closest metro or bus to the city center. Definitely reccomend it for a short or longer stay.

Cons: Everything was great, just hanging clothes in the cupboards is either impossibly high or too short width. It would have been great to have water kettle (for tea).

Pros: Gli spazi della casa erano giusti e comodi, ci siamo stati davvero bene. Veramente una casa confortevole.

Cons: Mi è piaciuto tutto. Un paio di piccoli contrattempi pratici con gli elettrodomestici non cambiano il giudizio, anche perché li abbiamo risolti.

Pros: Schöne Wohnung, mit allem was man braucht.Eine normale Wohngegend. Ein kleiner Markt nur paar Schritte entfernt, eben so der Supermarkt. Viele schöne Restaurants in 15 min zu Fuß, zu erreichen.

Cons: Das einzige war, dass die Fernbedienung für die Klimaanlage im Wohnbereich nicht funktioniert hat, obwohl wir neue Batterien gekauft haben.

Recommended for leasure traveller, but not for business travellers

Pros: Trés bien situé à Garbatella. Très propre. 2 salles de bains et des lits très confortables. Idéal pour une famille de 4. Proprietaire tres réactif et disponible.

Pros: La vicinanza alla metropolitana ai supermercati alle trattorie e al quartiere caratteristico di Garbatella, la zona tranquilla e verde, l'appartamento elegante e dotato di tutte le comodità. La comunicazione col proprietario, sempre disponibile per ogno esigenza

Cons: Tutto ok, a parte un inconveniente per il bagno cieco, il cui odore risultava abbastanza sgradevole.

Pros: Appartamento molto grande e fornito di tutto. Molto caldo e arredato di buon gusto. Se ritornerò a Roma di sicuro alloggerò di nuovo qui. Bellissimo, tranquillo e ben fornito anche il quartiere. Esperienza ottima
