Superb flat providing a comfortable stay for a week in Rome combining work and holiday. We highly recommend this flat. T

Pros: Clean, comfortable and airy flat in convenient location for work conference and to walk into central Rome through the beautiful Villa Doria Pamphilli park. Sirio is a very warm and welcoming host who kindly provided coffee, milk and cornettos for breakfast as well as messaging regularly to check all was well.

Cons: No negatives - we had a wonderful stay!

Pros: In many ways, this apartment exceeded our expectations. Tha accomodation was clean, spacious and had everything we needed. For our group, consisted of 4 people, it was a perfect fit with large kitchen, comfortable living room and two bedrooms. We were satisfied with the neighborhood as well (except for sidewalks, more on that in th following paragraph). Beautiful coffee shops, a larger grocery store was quite near and you were able to reach the city centre in approximately 40 minutes using the subway, which was perfect for the price we paid.

Cons: Although I pretty much enjoyed the whole neighborhood, it might not be for everyone. The nearest subway station is Cornelia, which is probably 10 to 15 minut walk from the apartment. That would be alright, we didn't mind the distance, but you have to cross few quite busy roads along the way and if you want to reach the subway fast, you have to walk on a very narrow sidewalk around the road, which might be unconfortable for some. But that was probably the only con we found.

Pros: The apartment is spacious and clean. It has everything you need and Sirio is very helpful. He helped us with the taxi when we left . It is very close to the park.

Cons: There was a small misunderstanding regarding the A/C, but Sirio came with a portable one and solved the problem.

Convenient apartment in quiet and accessible location

Pros: Large apartment, comfortable and welcoming. Sirio was attentive and everything was smooth. Quiet area, easily reached to/from the center by public transportation.

Cons: Small number of kitchen utensils and cookware

Pros: Acogedor y bien ubicado para tomar transporte público. El dueño el señor Sirio súper amable y colaborador. Nos dio buenas instrucciones de cómo llegar a los lugares emblemáticos. Sin duda volvería.

Pros: Apartamento amplio y limpio tiene para pasar una semana sin problema.

Cons: Por poner algo podría tener microondas por si quieres calentar algo

Pros: Lokalizacja bardzo dobra , cisza , blisko przystanek , skąd można dostać się łatwo do centrum

Pros: bardzo czysto i miło. pokoje jak na zdjęciach. dużo miejsca. ekspres do kawy i kapsułki. wygodne duże łóżka. pralka. bezproblemowy kontakt z właścicielem, przyjazny odbior kluczy i zapłaty podatku.

Cons: minimalne drobne poprawki potrzebne przy WC i bardzo niskie ciśnienie wody w kuchni

Pros: Bons espaços interiores e bastante confortável, o dono é muito simpático e acolhedor

Pros: Posizione comoda con i vari servizi per raggiungere il centro,proprietario simpatico e molto disponibile e accogliente.Posizione dell'appartamento tranquilla, situato al piano terra di un condomino con tutti i servizi.

Cons: Forse l'unica inconvenienza il materasso di una camera😅troppo morbido per i miei gusti
