Pros: The host, Olga was great. We reached the apartment at 10 pm . She was there with the key and saw to it that everything was explained and made us comfortable The apartment is neat , clean and beautiful. The amenities were as mentioned Overall we had a great stay at Viva Roma. The apartment is safe . We were a bit scared as we had heard so many horrifying stories of Rome - families getting robbed of their belongings- esp documents and cash from hotel rooms and apartments

Pros: Appartamento situato in un posto tranquillo e vicinissimo ai mezzi pubblici ( autobus) che ti portano direttamente al centro, ma anche vicino all' autobus per fiumicino.Appartamento comodissimo per 8 persone e abbastanza pulito. Sono state messe a disposizione anche le ciabatte da casa e per la colazione, nonostante non era inclusa, abbiamo trovato cialde per il caffè , ma anche caffè per la moka, sale zucchero olio ecc.... ottimo

Appartamento pulito, comodo e ben servito

Pros: Le stanze sono ampie, pulite, il letto molto comodo come i cuscini. Bagno pulito doccia comoda. Una cucina a disposizione tutto nuovo, in ordine e pulito, appartamento al quarto piano con l’ascensore. La proprietaria GENTILISSIMA, educata e disponibile. Per noi un soggiorno top

Il soggiorno è stato piacevole, l’appartamento all’altezza delle aspettative. Con poco, eccellente.

Pros: La colazione non era compresa tuttavia abbiamo trovato alcune cialde per caffè, moka con polvere, una acqua in frigorifero. Piacevole il kit di benvenuto con asciugamani, ciabattine e biscottini.

Cons: L’appartamento è sicuramente restaurato di recente perciò presenta alcune imperfezioni dovute probabilmente al mancato feedback dei clienti. Es. doccino bagno principale che perdeva, mancava un supporto per valigia nelle camere, uno sgabello/appoggio in bagno, phon nel 2 bagno, televisore nella seconda stanza. Piccolo suggerimento: spiacevole l’odore di scarichi all’ingresso che in alcune fasce orarie era veramente spiacevole. Si capisce che non dipende dal proprietario. I suggerimenti non sono critiche ma opportunità per un punteggio da 10, veramente.

Pros: Totul a fost la superlativ. Dna Olga a fost o gazdă perfectă. Ne-a ajutat cu check-in-ul noaptea. Apartamentul spațios (8 persoane), curat, cu balcon mare, foarte aproape de stația de autobuz.
