Expectations exceeded

Pros: The location was a bit far from the center of Rome and where all the touristy parts were but it was a pretty close walk to the central station (Termini) which was super helpful. The beds were nice, the place was clean, the property owners were kind and gave us recommendations on where to eat and how to get around the city. It was great!

Nice, welcoming stay

Pros: We were a group of 5 adults with children and stayed for 4 days. Overall we enjoyed the stay and felt very welcome. The staff was friendly, helpful and quickly reachable whenever we had a question. The apartment had what we expected. Having two bathrooms is a big advantage. Funny-looking elevator. Location is good, close to the station, in theory you can walk to the city centre but it's quite a stretch, and there are bus stops nearby with frequent connections. In the neighbourhood there are many good restaurants and cafés which we found better than those found in the historic centre of Rome - a good surprise!

Cons: The mattress of the sofa is not really comfortable. You can fit 5 adults in the apartment, but be aware that there's only one bedroom and the remaining beds are located in the entrance/lobby and in the kitchen (sofa) with no doors in between, so privacy is limited.
