Pros: The location was perfect and pretty much within walking distance of all the sites. LOVED being able to walk out and see alleyways full of restaurants and cafes and bars. Great size apartment with every facility you would need upon arrival. It may be 2 flights of stairs but they are so easy not big stairs. The hosts were the most accommodating I have come across as they were so helpful with early arrival and late departure. Easily contactable and quick to respond. Very appreciative.

Excellent hosts for an incredible well located property!

Pros: The property was very clean, smart and well laid out.

Cons: If you’re uncomfortable with stairs this has over 50 of them to go up to the 2nd level but well worth it!

Stay in Rome like a local!

Pros: The location was perfect. Close to lots of excellent cafes and restaurants and within walking distance of major attractions and public transport. The beds were really comfortable and we loved the overall vibe of the apartment.

Cons: The water pressure in the shower was very weak. Also the bathroom is very small and can't fit more than one person at a time.

A great place to stay

Pros: Lovely. The host was very accommodating and friendly. Highly recommended

Our family had a wonderful stay at the Peretti home, and we would definitely come back here again.

Pros: The location, decoration and cleanliness of the apartment, the swift communication with the host.

Cons: The extra sofa bed was not as comfortable (but the double beds were very comfortable)

Pros: location was great apartment was great, bathroom a little small but otherwise rooms large, washing machine area was vibrant

Pros: The bedrooms are a great size. Location was great for restaurants and had plenty of choice. The apartment is a short walk from the Pantheon and the Colosseum. The Sunday market close by was a great experience. We had an issue with the AC however the host, Ekaterina, responded really quickly and had it sorted the same day,

Excellent

Pros: This is a case of don’t judge a book by the cover. The entrance doesn’t look like much but the apartment was perfect for our needs, close to city attractions, the neighborhood really came alive in the evening with all sorts of little cafe’s. The host was wonderful, although we never met, they communicated with us before during and after our visit, including letting us drop off our bags early. Entrance was easy, we just called and they buzzed us in where we picked up our keys. Again, don’t let the street view persuade you, this is a nice place to stay..

Cons: The garbage was a little confusing. And although not a big deal, we couldn’t find a grocery store near by.

Pros: Het appartement ligt op een prima locatie in de leuke wijk Trastevere met veel kleine restauranttjes. Ook op loopafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden van Rome.

Cons: Verlichting in het appartement zou wat verbeterd kunnen worden.

Pros: Loved the location and amenities. Hosts were very accommodating to our schedule and even allowed us to be able to drop off our bags and ultimately check in early.

Cons: Air units didn't work well, weren't very efficient and desperately needed the air filters cleaned.
