Wonderful place to stay in Rome, we will recommend and hope to return

Pros: Paolo was really helpful and accommodating when we arrived- advising on taxi transfers and accessing the property to our great convenience. The flat is in a really vibrant part of the city with close access to all the sites. We were a family of 5 (kids 18, 16 and 13y) and walked everywhere, didn’t need to use public transport other than airport trips- great bakeries and places to eat really close by. The flat was warm and really comfortable after a long day on our feet. It’s top floor with great views. Beds really comfortable. Street noise as per most cities but added to the atmosphere for us. Youngest son votes are I his best holiday ever. Many memories made- thank you Paolo and your team!

Cons: We like to cook, perhaps another chopping board/ salad bowls etc would be good. Shower good but cubical a bit tight!

Pros: Great location, central to all and great area with loads of great little restaurants in the area

Cons: Had only 1 bathroom

A terrific apartment, great location, you may well leave fitter and healthier............

Pros: A clean, spacious apartment in Trastevere which suited our group of five perfectly. Beds were comfortable, kitchen had everything you'd need but you should really be out enjoying the treasures on Rome. Friendly host who welcomed us on arrival and allowed us to leave our bags despite being earlier than we should. I saw reviews saying the shower curtain didn't work well, but we had a proper shower cubicle with sliding doors so would seem this has been addressed.

Cons: In order to be fair to prospective travellers who may have mobility issues, the apartment is lovely but is on the fourth floor, with no lift. OK, we all need the exercise, particularly after an evening in Trastevere, but it is a long way to drag luggage on arrival/departure. One room aircon didn't work so well, another the aircon remote ran out of batteries. But after the stairs i think we just crashed out anyway!

Pros: Great location, apartment is very clean and pleasant.

Cons: 4th floor, no elevator.

Pros: Fantastic time here - great location to chill after a long day seeing the beautiful site of Rome. Bars & restaurants on your doorstep but not as busy as the centre of Trastevere, which really suited us. Great vibe there on a Saturday, great buzz about it. Had great nights there. Was perfect everything you needed & great communication. Would highly recommend & would return. Has great views. Always hot water - 5 of us shared & no issues with hot water, so don’t worry about having 1 shower. Kitchen area is great - as you need.

Cons: There were stairs - you are on the 4th floor, but after the cuisines, you need them 😂

Pros: Fabulous shower pressure. Very comfy beds. Lovely bright light through the windows. Spare blankets for warmth in the night. Good locking system. Cosy!

Cons: Let people know there’s a lot of stairs to climb. Make sure the shutters close in the big bedroom. The air conditioning and fan remotes didn’t consistently work.

Pros: location excellent yet quiet communication excellent

Cons: bit tired with few things needing attention eg: air conditioning loud in one room / another room not working properly flaking leatherette on bed head looking bit shabby / shower curtain dirty / cupboard door falling off / no tea towel / minimal glass wear and cups for three couples…. Hey it’s a really nice property but if there were one or two things no problem but you add all those things up and you notice / and paying $600 Nz a night you expect all those things done

Great apartment in a great location.

Pros: Everything was so smooth, our host met us when they said they would and had set up a WhatsApps group, so communication was so easy.

Ottima casa per soggiornare in gruppo a Roma

Pros: Spazi ampi e luminosi, ben arredata, fornita di tutto, comodo il self check in, molto disponibile l’host, posizione strategica a Trastevere ma in strada silenziosa e con bar davanti.

Cons: Quarto piano senza ascensore, un solo bagno per 8 posti letto

Pros: המיקום מצויין! המארחים מאוד חמודים היו זמינים ותמיד עזרו בכל מה שצריך . קומה 5 ללא מעלית קשוח רצח עם מזוודות , אבל בסך הכל אחרי יום התרגלנו ולא שמנו לב אפילו . מתחת לבניין יש מסעדה ממש ממש טובה ו כי ל לשתות שם קפה עם משהו טעים בבוקר . ממליצה ביותר !!!
