Exceeded expectations

Pros: We liked the cleanliness & close proximity to the Colosseum & other sites. The communication was excellent. We loved the atmosphere of the quaint courtyard entry, the tall ceilings, and the quiet space within the apartment was respite from the hustle & bustle. Highly recommend.

Cons: only a minor thing, a couple of coffee pods for the machine would have been nice.

Perfect Stay in Roma

Pros: The host was very nice and responsive. She did let us drop off our bags in the morning before the check-in. The apartment itself looks recently renovated and squeaky clean. The apartment has nice features like central temperature control and a safe which is good for storing your valuables. She also booked the shuttle service for us to take us to the airport for our flight back.

Cons: Nothing really, except the screens for the showers were not 100% sealed and some water would get out of the shower and into the bathroom floor.

A lovely and equipped apartment for a peaceful and comfortable stay. I would recommend her place.

Pros: Clean, comfortable and quiet. The train was few mins away by foot. It had all the amenities needed for short or long stay. The host was easy to reach, she was prompt with attention to any questions and polite. We never met or saw her but she did have a pleasant young man waiting to let us into the apartment.

Cons: The entry door could do with a little updating. The inner courtyard was outdated and needs updating (especially the not working fountain area). Elevator is small especially if there are several suitcases for a family. The driver used by the establishment was very rude, and drove recklessly. He was waiting at a different pickup area, than where we exited the airport, but he felt it was our fault. Take a taxi or the trains.

Séjour très agréable dans un quartier très bien situé

Pros: Bien que situé près de la basilique de saint Jean du latran, lieu très visité , l appartement est d un calme absolu et est très bien équipé , les lits sont très confortables. Et tout est décoré avec soin . La station de métro San Giovanni permet de rejoindre très rapidement le centre. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour !!
