Pros: Riccardo, the host was very attentive and helpful and he provided lots of recommendations and tips to do and see. The apartment was comfortable and had all the basics you need including providing shower gel as well. Location is also very good and convenient to restaurants and transport.
Cons: Elevator was not working for part of our trip but luckily we are fit enough to climb up stairs. Also to note that there was no toaster or oven but there are many bars and restaurants around for food. Location is very good.

An amazing property and lovely host.
Pros: The property is absolutely amazing. We travelled with four children under 13 and it was perfect. Riccardo has taken so much time and pride to make sure it is perfect. It’s got absolutely everything you could wish for. Riccardo was so attentive right from before we arrived. We have never stayed somewhere so lovely and such a brilliant location too. Thank you Riccardo. We hope to come back one day. We loved visiting all of the sights Rome has to offer including the Basilica which is less than a couple of minute’s walk away.

Esperienza indimenticabile!
Pros: Ho soggiornato per 4 giorni con la mia famiglia. Appartamento bello, pulito e funzionale. Servito benissimo dai mezzi pubblici. Sito in un punto strategico per muoversi tra un monumento e l'altro. Riccardo gentilissimo, preparato su ogni domanda e richiesto. Consigliatissimo. Ci torneremo presto!

Świetny apartament w Rzymie
Pros: Świetna lokalizacja – zaledwie kilka minut spacerem do Koloseum i innych głównych atrakcji. W okolicy wiele restauracji, sklepów oraz wygodny dostęp do metra i autobusów. Z dworca Roma Termini można dojść pieszo w około 20 minut. Apartament był bardzo czysty, zadbany i świetnie wyposażony. Gospodarz okazał się niezwykle miły, pomocny i troskliwy – na miejscu czekały na nas przekąski, woda i butelka Prosecco. Jakość w pełni adekwatna do ceny. Zdecydowanie polecam ten apartament!☺️
Cons: Bardzo mała winda (max. 3 osoby), która czasami nie działała, a apartament znajduje się na 5. piętrze, lecz gospodarz mówił, że administracja już pracuje nad naprawą. Zabawna ciekawostka – telewizory w kuchni i pokoju są takie same i mają identyczne piloty, więc zdarza się, że włączając lub wyłączając jeden, przypadkowo steruje się też drugim.

Pros: Het is een mooi appartement met 2 ruime slaapkamers. Op een goede locatie.
Cons: Het enige wat er miste was uitzicht. Maar dat is niet erg, want zodra je buiten bent sta je bij 1 van de mooiste kerken van Rome.

The Host ist Amazing! Riccardo is a 10/10!
Pros: Sehr ruhige und zentrale Lage! Alles super renoviert, neu und frisch gemacht. Riccardo der Gastgeber ist super zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Wir waren vor der Check-in Zeit da und er hat unsere Koffer ins Auto geladen und Sie anschließend selbst hoch gebracht. Ein früherer Check-in war nich nicht möglich, da das Apartment noch gereinigt wurde. Mit Riccardo kann man super über WhatsApp kommunizieren und er meldet sich auch ab und zu im zu Fragen ob alles in Ordnung ist. Einfach ein super Service! Wir waren verliebt!
Cons: Es gilt zu beachten, dass das Treppenhaus sehr schmal ist und auch der Aufzug. Dafür kann aber der Host nix. Und für alle großen Gruppen es ist nur ein Badezimmer. Das Appartement ist es allerdings Wert!
