Pros: The location of the apartment is excellent especially if you want to visit the Vatican which was less than 10 mins on foot. Plenty of restaurants and cafes nearby. The apartment although basic was very spacious and clean. Very safe for ladies on their own with shutters and secure entrance. There were 3 in our party and we all had our own bed. If we needed to ask a question Sara was always at hand and booked our personal service to and from the airport at a cost of 65 euro which was only 10 euro more than the public taxi so it was well worth it. We would certainly stay there again.
Cons: The front entrance metal door was quite heavy and although not a problem for us in our 70th year may be a bit heavy for more senior visitors .

Old apartment with excellent localization
Pros: Very close to Vatican. Good connection with other parts of Rome. 50m to bus stop, 400 to train station. In a close neighbourhood a lot of restaurans. Late check in was extra paid but possible. Apartment was big and clean. For a longer stay good thing is access to washing mashine.
Cons: Pots and frying pans completle destroyed. They're with non-stick layer (teflon) which multi scratches. They should be thrown away! Glasses only a few. Water pressure in taps was annoying. Takeing a shower was difficult (i.e. to wash out shampoo). It was not possible to set a proper water temperature.

Big apartment near Vatican for the great value
Pros: Very good location. Soulful building and the huge apartment area. Everything worked properly as it should. The apartment looks better than on the photos.
Cons: I know and feel that hosts are trying to make the apartment better, so I would recommend to add some pictures or posters on the walls, so the apartment will be more cozy. Now there is just a white walls with some instructions that make it empty. Also there is no hangers (hooks) for the towels. Despite the place is not ideally clean and with a little lack attention to details (like there is no tea and coffee, no laundry detergent), the value for money is very good.

Établissement vaste propre et bien placé
Pros: Emplacement proche du Vatican avec de nombreux arrêts de bus permettant de rayonner facilement dans tout Rome, espace intérieur vaste, propreté méticuleuse.
Cons: Limiteur de débit dans la douche réglé sur un débit trop faible.

Cons: Mi è stato detto che la lavatrice era solo per uso di chi puliva e non c'era all'ingresso un porta giacche e una scarpiera.

Muy recomendable, zona tranquila
Pros: Recomiendo totalmente este apartamento, céntrico, espacioso, limpio amplio. Disponía de aire acondicionado.La ducha funciona bien, nevera y microondas en la cocina ( había horno pero no funcionaba) Había una cafetería en la esquina con café asequible y buenos curasanes, que no es habitual en Italia. Irene la chica que nos atendido de 10, sabía español, nos aconsejó muy bien para nuestra estancia.
Cons: El horno no funcionaba

Pros: Mieszkanie rewelacja pod wieloma względami. Mieliśmy wszystko czego nam było potrzeba, dwie sypialnie, łazienka, kuchnia. Blisko Watykanu a jednak z dala od tłumów turystów. Blisko do marketu, pod oknem pyszna pizza, mnóstwo restauracji i kawiarni za rogiem. Przystanek autobusowy 200 metrów od mieszkania, metro 20 minut spacerkiem.
Cons: Brak dosłownie drobiazgów typu wieszak na kurtki, półka pod prysznicem, miseczka na sałatkę w kuchni. Kanapa już trochę wysłużona, trochę nie wygodna do spania ale pozostałe 3 łóżka ok.
