Great apartment close to Viale Marconi (10 minutes away from the centre by underground)

Pros: This is a great apartment close to Viale Marconi and relatively close to two metro stations. Everything is super clean. Furniture is new and the kitchen is well equipped with everything you need even for longer stays. Highly recommended!

Pros: Very nice stay! All you need is there. Felt very comfortable. Easy to reach downtown by bus or metro. Away from the touristic trouble. Still on a Main Street to have a coffee or an ice cream.

Pros: Very comfortable stay in Roma for 2 nights. The room is super clean and it has very hot water for the shower. Location is far away from city center, but it has a very close bus stop.

Cons: I asked if they have clothes iron but there's no response.

A lovely practical place to stay

Pros: Very clean and very comfortable spacious room and the kitchen (although the kitchen is shared). It was very well maintained and cleaner came every day. Towels, soaps, shower gels and shampoos were replaced as needed. We appreciated shared kitchen with the fridge. The bus stop was just in front of the building. Various options to get to/from Termini train station (good connections with public transport). We have used 48 and 72 hours Roma travel cards, which is valid for all metros, buses, and trams in Rome. Next door there is family run business, where you can get Italian fresh bread, ham, food... if needed ... and also on the corner is coffee/ice cream place. The host was very friendly, polite and helpful.

Cons: The accommodation has 3 rooms. 2 rooms are facing internal garden/yard and therefore should be more quiet. Our (3rd room) was facing the main street with the bus stop just under the window. Therefore it was quite noisy at times. But we did not bother too much about it - we stay 5 nights. You have to carry your phone (charged) everywhere, because the keys from the room, apartment and the building doors are maintained electronically. But generally it was working well.

Pros: I liked how Fernando would check in on me to make sure I was OK. Plus he was brilliant in getting in touch with any questions I had. Also I liked the amazing job the housekeeper did. Room was spotless every day and bed made to a very high standard. The apartment is a great location. The Gelato ice cream shop next door is well worth a visit. 😃

Cons: There isnt anything negative to say.

I would book this property again

Pros: There were some really good food spots nearby and the bus to piazza Venezia was close by

Cons: The bad wasn’t as comfortable, but that’s just my preference
