The apartment was excellent and I would definitely recommend this to everyone
Pros: One of the best apartments we’ve stayed at, very spacious, very clean, had air conditioning, lots of amenities around, close to the pantheon and close to other cultural sites and the host was really great, from booking till checkout. Having three separate bathrooms was a bonus.
Cons: Nothing.

Fantastic family city break.
Pros: Location excellent. Space in the apartment excellent. Host was excellent.
Cons: The noise levels at night was very loud which is expect as the apartment is very central.

Just be perfect and the best place for two families
Pros: We had a fantastic stay! The host was very friendly, and the apartment was perfect for our needs. It had two bedrooms, each with a kingside bed and an extra queen-size bed upstairs located in the gallery. One of the two bedrooms had a bathroom upstairs, while the other had access to a bathroom downstairs. Additionally, there was an extra bathroom in the hallway. The kitchen and living room were spacious and comfortable, making it easy to relax and spend time together. We always had hot water for showers, which we know can be an issue in some places, but everything worked perfectly here. The apartment was well-equipped, and the host was always available if we had any questions. The self-check-in process was seamless and very convenient. We stayed as a group with grandparents and a child, and the apartment was ideal for us. It would also be great for two families with two kids each. We’ll definitely come back. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay!

Fabulous, would stay again
Pros: Great location, lots of different sleeping options to adapt around different family needs, lovely traditional building, very atmospheric
Cons: Two flights of stairs with a very small lift so not great if you don’t like stairs, was fine for us, noisy street at times including through the night - we are good sleepers but for the more sensitive good to bear in mind.

Excellent Stay in Rome
Pros: The property ticks all the boxes: comfort, aesthetics, set up of property & location. Owners are responsive and helpful, even when I locked myself out of the safe. We were lucky enough to find out about their other properties, so when we got to Sorrento and realised our booked accommodation was very bad, I contacted them and they helped out by finding availability in one of their properties in Positano (despite it being peak season). I’ve already reached out to find out about their other properties in Venice because I know the quality of their accommodation and service. Thank you Paolo & Luigi

Excellent apartment in a really great location.
Pros: This was a great apartment in a great location, with a very helpful host. Really enjoyed our brief stay. Elizabeth also organised the transfers for us from the airport, and a few days later to Chivitavechia for our cruise.
Cons: Lifts were the only challenge with this apartment. It is up 3 flights of stairs and there is only 1 VERY TINY lift, which proved to be very unreliable. Not a problem for anyone young and fit, but a challenge for older visitors.

Perfect location to explore beautiful Rome
Pros: Very well equipped for a family of 5 - plenty of bathrooms. Really central for sites.

Pros: This apartment exceeded all expectations! The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of everything. The space was incredibly spacious, allowing us to relax and unwind after a day of exploring. Every amenity we could think of was provided, making our stay exceptionally comfortable. However, what truly set this experience apart was the extraordinary hosting. Our host went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect - they were attentive, kind-hearted, and incredibly hospitable. I can't recommend this place highly enough!

Fantastically beautiful and very spacious apartment in the heart of Rome.
Pros: Fantastically beautiful and very spacious apartment in the heart of Rome. We arranged a transfer from the airport through the owner and it worked perfectly! 80 euros for the whole family (5 people) and drop-off at the door. The apartment is located on a lively street, near the Pantheon and above a cozy wine bar. We did everything on foot, which was easy. The beautiful old apartment is spacious (3 bathrooms), very fully and carefully furnished and has good beds. It was really added value to stay in such a nice apartment during our trip!
Cons: Nothing!
