Excellent property! Family friendly

Pros: Exceptional place! We will definitely come back. There were 5 of us, including a child, so this property is family friendly. Clean, fully equipped kitchen, lots of fresh towels, clean linen, two bathrooms! It was just perfect! And so comfy beds! Great links by bus to the Vatican city, and Rome city centre! Walking distance from Roma Termini. Perfect host, so friendly and helpful. Very easy checking in and out. Thank you - we will definitely come back again!

Pros: Everything was great. I really want to thank the owner of the apt. He was so nice and helpful. you can definitely stay here with your friends and family. The apartment is quite big.

Perfect place to stay in Rome

Pros: Everything was perfect! The staff was always friendly, mattresses were very comfy, and the cleanliness of the rooms were spot on! There is a lift so you won't have to bring your luggage up to the stairs. It was also close to Termini Station.

Cons: Everything was perfect.

Pros: I would like to stay again if I visit the host's kindness and spacious and clean accommodation not far from the station next time.

Pros: large area of the apartment. lots of storage space. there are many cafes, shops and restaurants near the apartment. very responsive owner. he fulfilled all our requests very quickly and efficiently.

Cons: the apartments are not far from the center but there is only one bus stop nearby. to all other stops you need to walk along streets that are not very suitable for pedestrians. the elevator in the building where the apartments are located is quite specific. the apartments themselves are on the 4th floor, so you will need to walk a lot up and down the stairs. if you have elderly participants or, on the contrary, small children, this may be difficult

Recomendable para familia

Pros: Lo amplio de las habitaciones,la comodidad del dpto para convivir 7 personas.. los colchones cómodos. Buena presion de agua. Todas las habitaciones tienen calefacción y aire acondicionado incluído el living. Zona transitada. A una cuadra una plaza y a dos cuadras dos súper.

Cons: Nos dejaron menos toallones con respecto a los que nos hospeda vamos pero al contactar al propietario nos resolvió rapidísimo

Pros: L’appartamento è molto spazioso e luminoso, si può controllare bene la temperatura e i bagni sono confortevoli.

Cons: C’è stato un problema al momento del check-in, lo staff si è comunque attivato prontamente per risolverlo.

Pros: Al final si me de volvieron la fianza tardo unos días pero si me la devolvieron

Espaçoso apartamento em Roma

Pros: O apartamento é ensolarado, espaçoso e acomoda com tranquilidade 7 pessoas. Fica no quarto andar e tem elevador. As camas são muito confortáveis. As roupas de cama e banho são ótimas. Fica próximo à estação Roma Termini, onde tem um shopping com mercado.

Cons: Precisa melhorar a administração do imóvel. Havia lâmpadas queimadas; a cafeteira estava estragada; faltavam talheres (garfos apenas 3; colher de sobremesa apenas 1); os armários da cozinha estavam sujos.
