Had an amazing stay!
Pros: The place is lovely, clean and comfortable and is in a great location! So many amazing restaurants nearby, colosseum is only a half an hour walk away and the metro station is down the road with great links into the city! Barbara was so lovely and helpful, providing us with lots of information, recommendations and breakfast bits!

Absolutely exceptional apartment and owners
Pros: Our stay in this apartment was absolutely amazing! Barbara is such an exceptional host. I forgot to inform her in advance that we were arriving much earlier than planned, but she was still able to collect our bags before check-in, allowing us to enjoy a walk through beautiful Rome. I can confidently say that she and her husband will do everything possible to make their guests happy! The apartment itself was exceptionally clean, cozy, functional, and of course, the location is the absolute winner. We enjoyed our stay so much and hope to come back to Rome and stay in this apartment again. ☺️ Thank you for a wonderful time!

Amazing host and excellent location. Highly recommend this apartment for your next Roman holiday!
Pros: Barbara was an excellent host who met us when we had arrived to the apartment. She took the time to explain how everything works and even gave excellent travel tips to popular areas. This location was close to both the bus, metro and train stations so getting around was very easy. The home was clean and well stocked with everything we needed and more! We will definitely be coming back.
Cons: The aircon was a little noisy but worked fine especially on hotter days.

Pros: This was the most outstanding apartment we have experienced in 30 years of regular holiday travel. Simply put, it felt like home. The hosts were exceptionally thoughtful in providing for every possible need, for example, there were so many provisions for breakfast (like milk, eggs, yoghurt, muffins, bread), they gave us a comprehensive guide to good local restaurants and their recommendations were spot-on. The time the hosts took to show us around the apartment (even though we arrived late), made us feel welcomed and well cared for. To top it off, the apartment was beautifully furnished -- colour coordinated in shades of green, with many little tasteful and quirky accessories. It is located within 2 min walk of the train and metro station, and a supermarket. This apartment was amazing, and we thank the hosts for their exceptional hospitality.
Cons: It is rather impossible to find fault in this apartment.

Great food all around and amazing place; it's hard not to fall in love with Rome when staying here.
Pros: The location is amazing. Colosseo is at a perfectly walkable distance, do yourself a favour and walk there in the evening it's breath taking. Since you are very slightly out of the main centre, a lot of the restaurants and shops are of insane quality and visited (mostly) by locals, so you know you are getting real (good) Italian food :)! Also, we felt welcome to Rome since the very beginning, Barbara greeted us (there is a paid option for late check-in, very useful too!) and showed us around the place and there was a small welcome package with wine and some snacks. Just an amazing stay overal and would 100% recommend this place. Bus stop is also literally in front of the door, metro is 2-3min walk, a lot of highlights are at a walkable distance (20-60min walk), that is if you like walking :)!

Cons: The apartment is basement level so it could get noisey from people going about their business on the street it did not affect us during our stay but it is a point to note if you struggle getting to sleep if there is a lot of noise
