Pros: Very nice view. The apartment is very big but it provides only the absolute basics. Very nice location

Cons: The refrigerator was not working properly.

Good location, good beds and well insulated sound wise. Spacious and comfortable stay

Pros: I liked the area firstly , quiet at night for sleeping yet maybe a 10 min walk to victor Emmanuele area. Also had a 24 hour cafe/shop facing the main door which is handy for small bits needed and or a late drink before bed or some morning coffee etc. door code received in the week of travel and worked well as did the lift to 4th floor and access code for the main door. Liked the spaciousness of the rooms and the whole apartment. Beds were comfortable also. Towels and shower gel soap provided also .

Cons: There is no place to hang clothes in the rooms , with such space in each room they could easily put a wardrobe or free standing open plan hanger for clothes. 2 of the rooms separated by a sitting room are open plan with curtains separating so can hear the person in the other room , not an issue for me but they could perhaps close these off for privacy. Shower entry is quite narrow for anyone of size to fit in , and the holder that hold the shower head up is broken so had to hold by hand to have a shower as I am quite tall.

Pros: The door code and remote link are sent to you 24 hours before arrival and work brilliantly as well as being extremely handy when used on the phone. We could go out without having to worry about keeping a key safe. The apartment was spacious, well-equipped and very clean with a lovely authentic atmosphere in a great location.

Pros: The apartment was very big and ample for myself and my 3 friends.It was warm and comfortable and it was nice that there was tea and coffee provided,plenty of clean towels and also dishwasher tablets and some toiletries.

Cons: We struggled with the plugs as not all of them worked

Beautiful apartment with lots of character

Pros: Fabulous architecture of the building, big rooms, high ceilings, comfortable beds Nespresso coffee machine, Lovely cafe downstairs

Cons: Furniture and decor was a bit sparse. Plugs for phone chargers were not in 2 of the bedrooms. Just one small shower working.

Pros: I liked the check in method. I had a virtual key in my phone. I liked the apartment over all.

Cons: The sewer smell from the bathrooms

Pros: The apartment near Plaza de España and Rome Termini train station was absolutely perfect! The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it super convenient to explore everything. The flat is spacious, even huge, and feels very warm and cozy during our visit of December. We felt completely safe during our stay. The two bathrooms were incredibly practical, especially for a group or family. Highly recommended for anyone visiting the area!

Pros: Rooms are really large a lot of space inside for big group. Communication with owner 10/10 Rooms accomodation 10/10 Air conditioning - working, check Location - nice Nothing bad to say really...everything from arrival till departure

Cons: Nothing only good experience. I will recommend this accomodation

Pros: Perfect location, very nice and autentic apartment. High bridges, very spacious.
