Caterina One o One is a great apartment in a lovely and safe area at a reasonable price

Pros: I was in contact with the person in charge of handing me the keys via WhatsApp. He was there waiting for me on arrival. We arrived slightly earlier than check in time, but the owners were accommodating.

Cons: Perhaps a smart TV I could connect my devices to? I would have liked to watch matches that were on on a bigger screen. Nothing else. The apartment was otherwise perfect for us.

Comfortable place to stay in a brilliant location

Pros: Very spacious, everything we needed was in there. Clean. Comfortable beds. Excellent location - lots of shops nearby and everything you want to see is easy to get to.

Cons: Nothing about the property, it was lovely. Only thing about the location is the road could get a bit busy late at night and early in the morning so if you have the window open it’s quite noisy, but that’s not the property’s fault.

Nice, extremely clean and very confortable apartment in an excellent neighborhood.

Pros: A very nice lady from the agency, Diana, greeted us at the property when we reached it. She was kind and helpful, both before we arrived and during our stay.

Cons: Only one large towel was provided per person. Usually properties of this category provide at least 2. Also, the kitchen equipment was quite basic, for example only 2 tiny expresso coffee makers were provided. For 6 guests, in Italy, this could be improved.

Great apartment.

Pros: Great location in a lovely apartment block and in a quiet neighbourhood close to a large park. 30 mins walk to Forum and 15 min walk to main train/bus station. The apartment is on the first floor and was quiet and cool in the heat. Small supermarkets and restaurants close nearby.

Live like a local. Highly recommended!

Pros: Great location in a high-end neighborhood. Three comfy bedrooms, great air conditioning. The host is very responsive.

Cons: Nothing worth mentioning.

Pros: The Caterina One O One apartment is an absolute gem! Immaculately clean with a wide array of amenities, it's situated incredibly close to the city center and major attractions, making it convenient for exploring by foot. The peaceful neighborhood added to the charm, allowing us to stroll easily to iconic spots like the Trevi Fountain and Roman Forum. Additionally, the area boasts fantastic restaurants. The host was exceptionally helpful, providing us with valuable notes on things to do and great dining recommendations, which made our stay even more enjoyable and memorable.

Cons: However, one downside was the heating system, which tended to make the apartment uncomfortably warm, especially given the pleasant weather during our New Year visit to Rome.

Beautiful apartment in central Rome

Pros: Perfect location for us! Very close to the centre and the property was well kept and beautifully furnished.

Cons: Would have loved a kettle to boil water with.

Pros: Spokojna i bezpieczna okolica. Ciekawe restauracje w zasięgu spaceru. Przestronne mieszkanie.

Génial, Matteo nous a recommandé de très bonnes adresses, nous sommes enchantés!

Pros: Très très bon accueil de Matteo, merci bcp! Spacieux, bien situé (quartier embrassades) près des jardins Borghese, correctement équipé

Cons: Un des matelas peu confortable, rues bruyantes la nuit, déco un peu vieillotte mais c’est secondaire car c’était rare et vraiment appréciable de trouver un logement avec 3 chambres, 3 lits doubles.

Pros: Vybavení starší, ale vše čisté a parádně dle domluvy připravené. Vše bez jakéhokoliv problému. Lokalita super, všude dojdete pěšky. Za 5 dnů jsme použili metro pouze 1x a to cestou do Vatikánu. I zpět jsme šli pak pěšky. Vřele doporučuji.
