Casa Greco - Attico con terrazza

Pros: The place is absolutely gorgeous!! I really recommend it. Clean, well organised, with pretty terace. Nice streets around, a lot of restaurants and gelateria nearby. Close to near every location we wanted to see(we traveled on foot). The owner was very helpfull, really. The place was perfect for us.

Perfect stay in Rome

Pros: Nico the owner went out of his way to make our stay in Rome incredible. Our flight time in was late evening and he was happy to meet us after midnight to let us in and show us around the apartment. He used WhatsApp to communicate and was able to send links for transport around the city etc. Nico even booked a table at a wonderful restaurant for us for my birthday. We felt we were at home in the apartment. The bathroom was stocked with essentials as was the kitchen. The beds were so comfortable and the best bit - the roof top terrace was wonderful for enjoying morning cups of coffee and a glass of wine in the evenings. We will definitely return. The apartment is homely and quirky and just wonderful. The photos don’t do the apartment justice! The location is vibrant, full of eateries and quaint shops. The only thing to note is that there are quite a few steps to the apartment.

Cons: Liked everything

Pros: The apartment is right in the historic center of Trastevere, very close to the church of St. Mary in Trastevere. From the terrace of the apartment there is a beautiful view of the church, especially in the evening lights. Although breakfast was not included in the price, the host prepared a few small items for a quick breakfast (rusks, jam, butter, nutella, packed croissant and muffin), and tea and coffee were also available. Niko welcomed us warmly and his apartment became our true home for three nights.

Wonderful spot to enjoy the Trastevere area and very close pleasant walk to the central part of Rome. Loved staying on

Pros: Excellent location in the hub of the cafe / restaurant strip of Trastevere. Comfortable & cosy loft style bedroom with a separate living area . Loved the terrace roof where we enjoyed morning coffee, breakfasts and afternoon apéritives …. Very special 🥰 Our Host Nico met us on site & very kindly Carried our suitcases to the top floor (3rd)

Cons: Luckily we caught a taxi and were delivered close by …. May I suggest a-clearer outside wall sign to label the location of the upstairs apartment. If you have bad hips or knees - I would not recommend.

Charming apartment in the heart of Trastevere.

Pros: Beautiful apartment with a delightful rooftop terrace in the heart of Trastevere. Great location to explore Rome on foot. Nicodemo is a generous host and runs a charming restaurant nearby.

Amazing experience even for long staying!

Pros: We absolutely loved everything! Nico is the best host you could ever hope to find—truly one of a kind. The apartment was so authentic and equipped with absolutely everything needed for living, even down to small hygiene details—you can see the host's care in every little thing. The beautiful terrace was perfect for breakfast and dinner, and at night, we could relax on the soft sun loungers and enjoy the view of the church. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. We were so sad to leave and hope to come back! Surprisingly, the church bells didn’t bother us at all—they actually added to the atmosphere. There are restaurants downstairs, but the noise doesn’t disturb your sleep at all; we didn’t even hear it. Nico, thank you so much for such a wonderful stay!

Cons: Everything was perfect!

Perfect place if you want to feel the vibe of trastevere and be close to Rome’s historical center!

Pros: Perfect location! Close to bars, restaurants and 5-10 minutes with public transportation from the historic center of Rome. The flat was great with everything needed and more…and what is there to say about a rooftop terrace in the middle of Trastevere..amazing! The owner was also very friendly and available for us.

A hidden gem

Pros: Casa Greco was absolutely amazing—by far the best place we've ever stayed in Rome! We loved it from the very first day and were genuinely sad to leave. The highlight of our stay was the beautiful terraces—we started every morning with coffee and ended each evening with a glass of wine, soaking in the views. The host was a superstar! He met us on the street to make sure we found the place easily, gave us a full tour, and had stocked the kitchen with a full breakfast and even pasta and ingredients for dinner—all complimentary! Such a thoughtful and generous touch. Every detail was perfect, and the care put into the guest experience really stood out. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

Perfect house

Pros: central, atmospheric, church bells. The host Nicodemo is amazing and helped us all the way through including airport pickup at 3 AM, so many small gestures inside including food items, mints, beer in the fridge and everything we could think of. Beds comfy, quiet although the alley has a busy restaurant. 3rd floor no elevator- for us not a problem but if you are with small kids/ babies or have health issues can be a problem.
