Beautiful, quiet studio apartment a short walk from the city centre

Pros: Very good communication, lovely studio flat with equipped kitchen, great bathroom/shower. Bigger (and cheaper) than an average Rome hotel room of double the price. Thanks Antonio!

Great location in the heart of Trastavere

Pros: Quite house in an excellent location, near to amazing restaurants and the night life of Rome. Antonio is a very helpful and lovely person, he prepared cold water for us. Everything went easily with the handover.

Cons: The air conditioner was very loud even in the night mode. I woke up more during the night.

Good place! I would consider staying again.

Pros: The host thought of every bit of information we needed, from internet code to best places to eat nearby. Giselda‘s for breakfast, pastries, coffee, and sandwiches was amazing! Very nice dinner at another place on his list also!

Cons: Not something the host could change but there is a lot of graffiti in that neighborhood.

Pros: Property is located in centre of Trastevere, brilliant location, property very clean , the owner Mr Antonio very helpfull, everything we need he provided. I fully recomend Domus 31 , we had an amazing 4 days thanks to Mr Antonio and his property!

Pros: Great location. You can walk everywhere, everything you want to see si close. The street is quiet but close by streets are full of restaurants and bars and it lives. AC is great. And the hosts are amazing!!
