A perfect apartment located in the heart of Rome.
Pros: The location of the property is ideal, situated within walking distance of many big tourist attractions, restaurants and bars. We only had to use the bus twice to get to and from the Vatican, but we could have walked the slightly longer route if the weather was better that day. The apartment was perfect for our needs, two big bedrooms, one with en suite, the other opposite a big shower room. The kitchen was handy so we didn't have to eat out for every meal. Host was super helpful and very responsive, including on recommendations on places to eat etc.

Pros: Great location, spacious property, comfortable, clean beds. All the basics were there - coffee, oil, salt & pepper, soaps and shampoos.
Cons: Small things could do with being fixed. Main bathroom door doesn't close/lock, cistern in ensuite bathroom extremely loud 😂, lots of scuff marks on walls throughout - needs a coat of paint. It just needs a bit of TLC to have it looking great again.

The perfect place for a small group to stay in Rome. Would happily come back again☺️
Pros: Had everything we needed and more. Was such a great location to be in. So close to some great cafes and restaurants and walking distance to some of the sights. Communication with the owner was easy and my friends and I felt safe in the area. Would definitely recommend.

A completely perfect stay in Rome 🇮🇹❤️
Pros: Amazing location, great host, comfortable beds and so much space! I would recommend this stay to anyone looking to travel to Rome. We loved our stay here, and found our host Roberta so helpful. She sent instructions aswell as some of the best food recommendations for our stay. The location is perfect - nestled in an old little cobblestone lane way and right next to Campo Di Fiori, with a tonne of gorgeous restaurants and lively bars. Walking distance to all of the main sights in Rome, the location is really next to none. The apartment itself is very old, oozing with character, well decorated and is very spacious (there were three of us). The beds are also so soft and comfy, I slept really well while here! Thank you Roberta 🙏
Cons: As it’s a very old building, I found there was a bit of noise from our neighbours but I slept with the earplugs and it was totally fine. The shower pressure isn’t very high but, again, to be expected in an old city like Rome! They are such tiny things in the bigger picture of an amazing stay.

Roberta was super helpful, friendly and responsive with any questions or requests I had :-)
Pros: We traveled as a family of 4 for my dad's 80th and although we had all traveled to Italy before, this was our first time in Rome. The location was perfect and we walked or bussed everywhere easily.
Cons: Like many buildings in that area, it is old and therefore the plumbing is a little sensitive, so be gentle ;-)

Great location and great stay
Pros: Location second to none, clean, very secure, and super comfy beds. Roberta was great at keeping in touch!
Cons: En-suite shower door wasn’t great and leaked a lot in that shower. Relatively quick fix and minor detail in a great property.

Nice stay in an historical part of the city.
Pros: Overall very good. Ideal location. Very quiet. A little small, but perfect for 2 couples and mainly as a base for visiting the city. Within walking distance of many major attractions. (WiFi was reliable, easy to connect to and free.)
Cons: Could have done with a wider selection of cutlery and cooking utensils. A toaster would have been a nice addition. However, still adequate in all respects.
