Free Hostels Roma

Pros: Very clean, close to main railway station and city centre. Value for money.

Pros: It has a great location with metro, bus and tram access. The staff are excellent, always helpful and friendly.

Pros: The stay in the hostel was great. I especially thank Mr. Ali and Mrs Pelin for their support throughout my stay, they were very warm and kind.

Friendly and welcoming

Pros: It was in perfect condition, the nest, the bed sheets, the bathroom was excellent even has a hairdryer!

Cons: Too many stairs if you travel with a suitcase and have to the stay in the last room

Pros: It is a good location. The staff is friendly. The kitchen has good equipment. Excellent space in the room.

Cons: The shower was dirty, you need to check the details on the wall and glass door.

Pros: The location is great, the common facilities are cleaned once a day and can be cleaned more per request of the guests, the door on the beds gives some extra privacy and the storage drawers are large and super practical. Overall great value for my money

Great spot to visit Roma

Pros: The location is great, close to the train station and metro going to main touristic places. The hostel was really nice, clean, quiet and comfy bed. All the staff were very kind, special thanks to Ali who's provided excellent guest experience + great cooking skills 👌

Nice place, good value, friendly people

Pros: Nice hostel, with very friendly and helpful staff on the premises at all time, well equipped room. There is a large locker/drawer for your things in the room, and the bed can also be closed for privacy and locked when you leave. There is a kitchen and a bar. It is about a 20-minute walk to the Colosseum and 15 to the station.

Cons: The location is not very central, but it’s an easy walk to the station. You can also walk to the main sights or take a bus or the subway if you are not a walker. While my room and the en-suite bathroom were well-equipped, the equipment could be updated. The soundproofing could be better especially as the common spaces are popular with guests.

Absolutely recommend

Pros: A good clean hostel with lots of facilities — a very well equipped kitchen, a bar, a terrace, laundry service. The beds were very comfortable, the showers were very clean and smartly organised. The staff is friendly. There is a supermarket and a bars nearby, walking distance from the Colosseum From several similar options I chose this one as it doesn't have age limits (I do not want to support discrimination), and even though I was busy and didn't socialize, it was nice to see guests of different ages and to know that you are in a place where everyone is welcome

Cons: One thing — mosquito nets must be installed. in November the amount of mosquitoes was unbelievable, we were all eaten alive. Pay once for the mosquito nets and don't waste money on all the anti insect appliances (in summer they smell, in winter they are not sold). This was a real drawback.

Great place, clean friendly

Pros: Friendly atmosphere. The dinners together is a great idea.

Cons: My bed had a screen which was see-through. I was okay but in a mixed dorm it's maybe not a good idea for a young lady (im old)
