A good stay

Pros: If we refer to the price, it was a good room. It has its own bathroom, a bed in which I slept well, silent refrigerator, the small imperfections are not to be taken into account. It is in a quiet area, close to the subway and tourist attractions. Near are good restaurants and anyway Rome doesn't let you stay too long in your room. I was pleased!

Cons: The automation of the light and especially the fan in the bathroom, cannot be turned off from the button.

Pros: Perfect location (for a concert at Parco della Musica). Comfortable, clean and quiet room (4th floor, overlooking a courtyard)

Cons: Despite timely instructions for an easy check-in, I always prefer to see a human face / hear at least a voice. A kettle for a cup of tea would be appreciated, even more when you arrive alone in the evening (and no reception or open cafe' nearby).

Good room in an excellent location in Rome

Pros: Excellent shower and bed, building has a lift, brilliant location, room cleaned every day

Cons: Noise coming from the generator outside sometimes, fridge was very run down, room was a bit small and dark but overall good

Good place to stay, i recommend this to my friends.

Pros: I like the silhouette kind of bathroom. Modern type ambiance. It is near the Metro station.

Cons: Maybe provide toiletries and sleepers.

Soggiorno

Pros: Per brevi soggiorni va più che bene , check-in svolto in maniera autonoma, ascensore presente

Cons: Nel periodo che ho soggiornato faceva un forte caldo a Roma e nella stanza era presente un condizionatore ma vedevo che non riusciva a raffreddare l'ambiente più di tanto, quindi sotto questo aspetto ho patito un pochino

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, comodo per raggiungere Stadio e Auditorium

Pros: Ottima posizione, a due passi da Piazza del Popolo. Con una lunga ma piacevole passeggiata, si arriva a piedi allo Stadio Olimpico (che ho raggiunto per un concerto), ed all'Auditorium Parco della Musica.

Cons: Bagno un po' scomodo, la porta della camera ha la serratura da cambiare.

Comoda e Funzionale

Pros: Ho scelto la stanza per la posizione, dati impegni nelle immediate vicinanze. La stanza è perfetta per brevi soggiorni ed è molto confortevole, Una piccola manutenzione sarebbe sufficiente a fare salire di grado la qualità dell'alloggio.

Pros: Confortevole , location perfetta. Sarebbe magari un dettaglio aggiungere un bollitore e delle tisane o caffè . Il mobilio del letto ed alcune parti del pavimento sono usurate e fanno apparire , almeno la mia stanza , un po' trasandata ed è un peccato perché in realtà il posto merita a parte questi dettagli .

Pros: Die Lage, sowie die sehr gute Lage und das Bett war sehr bequem.

Cons: Die Dusche war bisschen eng

J’ai passé un séjour génial

Pros: Établissement très bien situé (proximité du métro, bus et de la Piazza Flaminia). Pour les marcheurs, c’est idéal pour visiter les monuments de Rome.

Cons: Le manque de lumière du jour dans le couloir qui est éclairé par une sorte de projecteur
