Clean and close to the Vatican

Pros: Very central, 2 steps from the Vatican and there is a lift which is a plus.

Cons: The extra bed were of a very bad quality, not a restful night for me! But the double bed and the sofa were good quality! Just the spare one ! Also there is facilities for a kitchen with no kitchen! Could do with that! But overall the place is very nice, clean and and easy to access!

Overall it was a very. Central and good place to stay .

Pros: It was cozy and homely atmosphere. Staff was very detailed with all the information . Room was clean view was excellent what a way to wake up to the view of St Peter’s view.

Cons: Bed was a bit too low and pillows could be better .

Pros: Location is amazing, many restaurant in same street. Vatican is next to building, valking distance to reach many good spots in Rome. Great and will be back for sure.

Clean and very hospitable hosts

Pros: Luca and Martina are a wonderful hosts, although we did not meet in person they always make sure that we are taken care of, sending us messages and always making sure that we are ok.

Pros: Our stay was perfect. The host was was excellent and stayed in communication with us at all times. The accommodation was as described- it was walking distance to the Vatican. It may be worthwhile to check if your room does face the dome- before you book. Our room did not face the dome. It would have been nice, but, not a deal breaker. It was more important that we could just walk across to the Vatican. There was plenty of options for having a breakfast and a dinner just below. The unit was modern and had all the basics our family needed to make our stay comfortable. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

Pros: We were there for the Canonisation of Caro Acutis and it was a perfect location for joining the queue at 5am. It was close to all amenities. It was Peaceful and relaxing.

Pros: The location was fantastic and it was lovely to have a balcony! The room was also very spacious and clean with housekeeping coming every day. The staff were very kind and helpful as well. The coffee machine was a nice touch.

Estancia maravillosa!!

Pros: I recommend it 500%. The service is perfect, the location is fabulous. You wake up and see the Vatican from the window! There are many breakfast and lunch options nearby. You can easily reach the tourist attractions thanks to the easy access to public transportation. We will always come back here! Thank u Luca!
