Pros: good, accommodation, clean, the owner is responsible, picked us up from the station at midnight. Exactly as agreed, It was quiet and comfortable in the hotel; overall cheaper in comparison

Cons: The architectural monuments can be reached in about 45 minutes and the bus stop in 15 minutes. In total it takes an hour. (Vatican, Colosseum)

Amazing

Pros: By far the best place to stay in Rome! Carmen and Aldo are the most hospitable hosts you could ask for! The property is an easy bus ride away from all of Rome’s major sights (St Peter’s, the Colosseum, Trevi Fountain) and there are 2 amazing restaurants nearby (which Aldo recommended to us). The room is beautifully furnished and the property is very secure. They make a great breakfast in the morning and are so friendly! On our last morning we were running late for our train so Aldo dropped us at the metro station. I left my phone in the back of his car and Aldo returned it with incredible speed, allowing us to still make our train. You will not find a better place to stay in Rome!

Pros: Big room, tv, great view from the window, AC included in the room. The electricity is paid about one euro per KWH if you use more than one a day. We didn't use much more then this, so the owner didn't ask us to pay more :) There were many towels in the room and a bottle of cold water. The owner Aldo and his wife are so nice, they even asked us if we want a cup of coffee before we left the villa :). I highly recommend this place, especially that the house is located in very calm location and has beautiful view of Rome :).

Struttura tranquilla, pulita ed accogliente.

Pros: Host accogliente. Location tranquilla. Struttura confortevole e pulita.

Cons: Qualche piccolo difetto sulla rete elettrica ed il riscaldamento dell'acqua. Wi Fi assente.

Il soggiorno è stato ottimo. La stanza era spaziosa, comoda e silenziosa

Pros: Villa situata in una zona periferica di Roma ma che non rappresenta alcun problema. Infatti, oltre ad essere in una zona piena di servizi (supermarket, panificio, banche, poste, locali ecc..), è facile raggiungere il centro sia con i mezzi che con la macchina. Parcheggio facile da trovare, praticamente accanto al cancello d'ingresso. Il proprietario è stato molto gentile e cortese.

Cons: Al momento nulla da dire.

Comodo in auto

Pros: Silenziosa. Comoda. Pulita. Ottima per chi arriva a Roma in auto. Per raggiungere il centro solo bus 98. In 40 minuti circa.

Cons: Senza auto per raggiungere fermata bus 15 minuto a piedi

Pros: Habitación amplia, limpia, tranquila y con un pequeño frigorífico.

Cons: Nada

Cons: Alles beviel wel, maar was wel gehorig en veel extra regels werden opgelegd bv inz. stroomverbruik stekkers enz.
