The Tibullo Guesthouse was excellent and the perfect base for our holiday.

Pros: We had a great stay at Tibullo Guesthouse. The room was very clean and comfortable, owner and staff really friendly and helpful, all in a great location. The perfect base for our Rome holiday.

Fabulous- beautiful spacious rooms, great location and helpful friendly staff

Pros: We loved our stay!! The room was very spacious and everything worked perfectly. Great AC, TV, fridge and coffee machine in the hallway. Michelle and her staff were friendly and helpful and the advice they gave ensured we made the most of our trip. We will definitely stay again!!

Good stay in Rome

Pros: Location. It’s close to main attractions. Beds are quite comfortable, the staff is amazing, altough she couldn’t speak english nor spanish she tried her best to explain what we needed to know.

Cons: Lights in room were dim and small shower, but for what I’ve read almost all accomodations in rome are like this.

Pros: The location was PERFECT, the staff were the sweetest people, as a couple we felt very safe in their hands! Even though with some staff we didn’t share the same language everything was explained perfectly and communicated clearly, If we ever come back to Rome we would definitely stay here again, i highly recommend❤️

Cons: As it is a guest house its not a very „private” room if you are a couple, but it was still very lovely and safe!

Cons: The water heater was sometimes working and sometimes not working.

Lovely staff

Pros: The room was fine and the staff were lovely. Quite a walk to the collesum etc. very handy for Vatican city. We were there when it was very hot and walking to and from the station with cases was difficult.

Cons: One of our nights it was noisy with other guests late on at night.
