Quiet, comfortable and large. Excellent location.

Pros: The location near the Colosseum is very convenient. The apartment was clean and cozy, with a lovely home-like atmosphere, lots of paintings, and a sense of historical charm. The bed was very comfortable, and the air conditioning worked well. The hosts were friendly and welcoming. Thank you very much. There are several nice cafés nearby for dinner, as well as a 24/7 convenience store. Recommended.

Cons: Since it was quite hot and we needed to change clothes often, we had to wash our clothes by hand because there was no washing machine. We were also a bit disappointed to be charged an extra fee for late check-in (we arrived at 10 p.m.), as there was no information about this before booking. There is a hall on the ground floor of the building where an event took place, but it doesn’t happen every day. It slightly disturbed our rest only last night.

Pros: The apartment was a fantastic choice — clean, spacious, with comfortable beds and efficient air conditioning, which is absolutely essential during summer in Rome. It’s perfectly located near the Colosseum and public transport, making it super convenient for sightseeing. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient throughout our stay

Cons: One small suggestion — it would be great to leave bottles of water in the fridge for guests. After traveling on a hot day, it's a real lifesaver and a thoughtful gesture that would surely be appreciated.

Fantastic, surpassed expectations in every way.

Pros: The property, as can be seen in the pictures, is luxurious. Everything you could possibly need is present, all cooking / kitchen accessories, fantastic and super fast Wi-Fi connection, air conditioning in the living room and bedroom, all brand new and working to perfection. As you live the front door and look left you are presented with the Colosseum at the end of the street, 1-2 minutes walk, the road also benefits from numerous restaurants with great food. The host Andrea is fantastic, very friendly and super responsive in case of any questions. One of my best stays in Rome ever, could not recommend it more.

Pros: Amazing location , amazing chalet with everything that you need , definitely the best place I’ve been ever in Rome !!! And I travel at least twice/year in the last 4 years , for one week each ! Best price / quality rapport, best host in Rome !

Pros: Location and the decoration and of the house are all perfect, the walls are full of beautiful arts of this ancient history city, feel great living in it. I will book again next time.

Cons: The last pic of the house which is the colosseum and the moon actually has nothing to do with the house, at first I thought I can see the colosseum through the window but actually it's a house surrounded by buildings. Anyway it's very close to the colosseum.

Pros: La ubicación excelente, de hecho no hemos utilizado el transporte público para nada, hemos ido andando a todas partes. El anfitrión muy diligente y dispuesto a ayudar en todo.

This really is a hidden gem.

Pros: Property was centrally located near the Colosseum and Metro. It was private, secure and clean. The sheets smelled so clean and fresh. Very close to great restaurants and nice neighborhood. Our host Andrea was very accommodating and kind. You cannot go wrong with this choice.
