B&B Papa Leone Countryrooms

Pros: We had quite pleasant stay at this hotel in Rome (the only problem was bad weather, but it had nothing to do with the hotel 😊. The location is good: not far from the hotel there is bus stop, from where you can get to metro station or Vatican city, so you can enjoy sightseeing and it makes getting around the city easy and stress-free. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, with everything we needed for a relaxing stay. Housekeeping was done regularly. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help, whether with recommendations, directions, or any requests we had. The manager fulfilled my request regarding early check-in and transfer from the airport, I appreciate this very much. Their hospitality really added to the overall experience. We would happily stay here again and can confidently recommend it to other travellers.

Very comfortable with delicious breakfast and amazing surroundings

Pros: I liked the effort to help with anything I needed. I was stocked by the breakfast, it was very delicious with varied foodstuff. The surroundings were nice and the bus stops were very close to the accommodation.

Top location and property

Pros: My stay was exceptional . Both me and my mom loved it. Mirco and Cristina have been both amazing . Mirco has given me all the information I needed before and during the stay . He has arranged for transport from airport and also took me to the airport when I left . He made sure that he kept in contact during the stay and made sure we are ok. Breakfast very good , a lot to choose from , and the property Is extremely clean . I would choose again this location when in Rome . Thank you so much.

Pros: Mr. Mirco was a great host and he is such a nice man. We had a wonderful time in this b&b, room was cleaned every day, nice kitchen with food and drinks available all day, location is a little bit outside of the Rome city centre which was perfect for us. Everything was great.

Loved the stay

Pros: The room was good and comfortable..Large space and enjoyed the balcony..

Pros: Me and my couple spent 3 nights in the B&B and it was a very nice experience. The location is well connected by bus and closeby there are restaurants and various shops. The breakfast was complete and very good. Room and bathroom were clean and comfy. The host was very kind and even though we didn't had the chance to meet in person, he was always available on the phone. We really enjoyed our stay.

Cons: The place is very nice, I cannot think about something to improve. Location is not super close to the city center but considering how big is Rome is still ok in my opinion.

Delightful

Pros: The place is situated just outside the city in a quiet location,there is an abundance of restaurants and shops only 5-10 minutes away, with a bus around the corner which can take you to the Vatican or to the nearby train station to the collosum. Mirco is a welcoming host who goes out his way to make you feel at home, regularly checking in and giving me advice on the best routes and restaurants. The rooms are always clean, fresh food is laid out daily for breakfast with plenty of equipment to make your own food, not that you will want to in Italy with the fine dining available at your doorstep. A must for those who want to be close to Rome but in a quiet area.

Cons: Not applicable it was a great place to stay so now I'm going to just waffle on to keep the word count high enough so it lets me carry on with doing the review as apparently I have to have something bad to say about it

I really liked it and I am glad I stayed there!

Pros: The room was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, with a great balcony. Mirco and his wife were very very welcoming and I absolutely loved their cats and poultry which was freely walking in the garden :)

Cons: The location was a bit meh. You have to take a bus to get to a metro station (takes about 15 minutes) which is bit inconvenient. Also there was no shops or restaurants nearby as it is in a very quiet area.

Pros: The room was big and clean, with a big balcony. The breakfast was quite good, with many options. Mirco was very helpful, he picked us up from the train station, and he also offered to take us back when we were leaving.

If I come to Rome again, we will go back to Papa Leone.

Pros: We really liked the room, maybe a sofa or a storage area is missing. Everything else top. Mirco is very friendly, he gave us tips for dinner and directions to the city.
