Suite Pinturicchio

Pros: We were there for the Rugby and being so close to the Stadio was perfect. There are also a couple of great restaurants & bars nearby that are ideal. There is a small mini market round the corner if you want to grab a few beers or crisps. The room was big and the bed really comfortable. Quite location and easily reached. The 910 bus from Roma Termini drops you near the place, at the no. 2 tram to/from Flaminio is perfect for getting in/out.

Cons: Breakfast wasn't what I was expecting. Not to say it was bad, because it wasn't, but I expected to meet the host and for some fresh bread, meats & cheeses as is more traditional. Pastries in plastic bags, some yoghurts and juice in the fridge, and bread and jam (no butter).

Pros: The location was perfect. 5 min walk to the stadio Olimpico. 2 min walk to the tram that goes to the center to piazza del popolo. The room was clean and neat. The host was very friendly and helpful with lot of information. The breakfast was little but just fine. The area and building is very quiet.

Cons: Only thing is that room was cold. The heating was off and when turned on it couldnt heat the room in one day.

Pros: My friend and I stayed at this hotel during our trip to Rome, and we couldn’t be more satisfied! From the very beginning, we felt welcomed thanks to the kind and hospitable attitude of the hotel owner. Max met us as soon as we arrived and checked us in immediately — such a warm welcome! The hotel itself is very clean and cozy. The hallway and rooms were spotless, and the atmosphere was calm and pleasant. We especially appreciated the kitchen, which was nicely equipped and accessible at any time — a great bonus! The location is also a huge plus. We came to attend a concert at the Auditorium Parco della Musica, and it was only a 15-minute walk away. There's also a bus stop just 10 minutes away, with buses to the city center running every 5 minutes — super convenient. Highly recommended! Thank you, Max, for making our stay in Rome so enjoyable.

Cons: We would have appreciated a kettle in the kitchen to make tea, and it would be nice to have some basic bathroom amenities like cotton pads or swabs.

Nice and peaceful stay

Pros: Location was good. The b&b was at a very peaceful and quiet place. Max was very approachable.

Cons: Breakfast could have been better.

Pros: I really enjoyed my staying. Absolutely amazing and friendly staff. The room was impeccable and super clean. The bed was super comfy. Definitely 10 out of 10.

Pros: Clean and had a kitchen and breakfast provided (cereal ,croissants , bread , tea and coffee and air con Host (Massimiliano) is great is always there if you need information to get around Rome. Also there are great restaurants, shops around the area

Cons: It’s about 10/15 minutes from centre but there is very reliable trains ,tram and buses so not really much of an issue generally just highlighting the distance between centre and the Suite pinturicho.

Pros: Posizione perfetta se vuoi seguire un evento allo stadio olimpico. Massimiliano ti mette a tuo agio e ti fa sentire a casa. È stato veramente eccezionale.
