Great place on Rome

Pros: Close to Subway, Bus stop, restaurants and all the facilities. The room was a good space and comfortable. The hostess was attentive and helpful. Very good breakfast with access to a coffee machine, toaster, lactose-free milk, bread, cheese and ham. Also we had croissants from a bakery and pies.

Cons: Nothing to complain about.

A pleasant stay in central Rome

Pros: A nice and secure room in central Rome, close to the metro stations. A nice cosy breakfast and coffee in the facility. A very nice and communicative host who gave me clear instructions on the access and usage of the room. A nice and clean shower and the bedroom.

Cons: My room overlooked the main street, which was very noisy, even at midnight. The air conditioner in the neighbouring facility was producing a loud, low-pitched noise, which disturbed my sleep until very late. This really needs an upgrade.

Great time in the city of Rome.

Pros: Such a nice experience! Although we stayed only for a night, we had such a good time! We were surprised by the good taste in decor, the vintage elements gave the room a special touch. Easy communication with the owner overall and we also got the parking spot for our car. The area was pretty and safe, from what we saw! Amazing breakfast! We were sad we couldn’t eat, only took a bite, but we had the flight in the same day an the time pressured us! The Check Out was smooth and the lady we encountered at checkout was so nice!

Easy access, super comfortable

Pros: Great place! Easy access everywhere by metro, good breakfast! Beds are really comfy and sturdy, nothing to complain! Especially in a place like Rome where You go around and walk like crazy it is important to have a good night sleep and easy access to everywhere. Only slightly negative thing was outdoor's noisy lock, one night we came back very late and I am afraid the lock may have woken someone up. On the daytime You won't notice it.

Pros: Very nice and clean. Big room and comfortable bed. Solid breakfast. Bus station in front of the building.

Cons: Location was far from the city centre and the host didn’t speak english. Problem with wifi for a day or two.

Cozy place for a nice Rome experience

Pros: Very close to the metro station and shops Quiet neighborhood The tiny desk in the corner was absolutely a plus, and so were the retro and vintage decorations Water bottle in the room was also on the house Comfy beds and daily room service Communication with the host was prompt and easy through text messages Instructions to get inside the building and room were clear

Cons: The kitchen was open only until 10:00, so no coffee available after that, which was a bit inconvenient.

Great stay

Pros: Breakfast offered a large variety of products to choose from, mostly of sweets. The location was good, easy to reach by both metro and bus and not far from the city centre. It was a very pleasant experience overall.
