Excellent clean and cool retreat

Pros: The room and apartment were spotlessly cleaned every day, the decor is good and just right. AC for a hot roman summer! Room size is excellent for a family. The host was also super kind in allowing us to store the luggage before check-in.

Cons: I feel this is not a good solution for more than a couple of days since there are no kitchen facilities to prepare a home meal. Yes there is a room (private) and lobby (shared) fridge but that is not enough. Sounds travel easily through the rooms.

Pros: Excellent. A clean and lovely room and bathroom, very kind host, coffee machine available (with free capsules), quiet neighborhood, plenty of amenities nearby (fast food, Burger King, restaurants, boutiques, a well-stocked supermarket), just two minutes from the metro, excellent connectivity.

Pros: The room is big and bright. Location is also good, only few minutes walk to the metro station. We could reach Colosseum and Rome main station very quickly. In the public area there’s free coffee.

Pros: Sparkling clean, good neighborhood, friendly and helpful host, close to metro station. 100% reccommend.

Perfect!

Pros: We spent four wonderful nights in Federico's apartment! Everything was as described. The room was clean and well maintained. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was super! The owner has taken care of all the small details to make the stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible - coffee machine, tea, small mini bar fridge, towels and daily cleaning of the room was included. He was also kind enough to recommend places to eat nearby. The place is located very close to a metro stop and it was very easy to get around to all famous destinations. Thank you Federico! If we visit Rome again some day, we will definitely look for you!

Pros: Everything was perfect. Optimal location, room cleaning every day, free unlimited coffee, and the owner is a real angel. Rooms were exactly like in the photos. We couldn't have wished for more during our stay in Rome!

Cons: Sound-proofing of the rooms is not so good.

Pros: Very clean, close to metro station (20 min to the Colossum, direct line), seemed to be a safe neighbourhood. Host, Federico, supported us with everything we needed. Would definitely come back.
