Pros: It's one of these cases when some minor things where maybe not 100% satisfactory but the overall impression was so great that I would be happy to give a 11, not only 10. Extremely nice and caring host - thank you again, Claudio! Very clean and spacious apartment, nice furniture. Large bathroom. Many grocery shops and restaurants in the vicinity, close to tram and bus stops, not far from metro. Very comfortable bed, very good wifi.

Cons: The room on the noisy side. Common kitchen, whitch was not a problem, because we were the only guests, but if there were more, we would have only one pot to share. Bathroom detached from the room -again, no problem this time, but it might be a little awkward sometimes.

Lovely place!

Pros: Very nice room and bathroom with all the necessities. Kitchen was nice and building felt safe and location was great! close to public transport and nice neighbourhood. Claudio was extremely welcoming as well as being a great host he was a great person too! Thankyou very much would definitely stay again.

Exceptional property, and an even better host! :)

Pros: The host, Claudio went above and beyond for catering a safe, comfortable and memorable visit. I arrived late in the night, yet he still waited to greet me, despite a several hour train delay. He also provided me with many recommendations, even after leaving Rome and continued to check in, to ensure my safety as a solo traveler. My room was spacious and had everything I needed, and the property is conveniently located right in front of a tram stop, allowing for easy transportation to and from. Hope to return again one day.

Pros: We arrived at midnight and it was a perfect stay to rest on out way to central Rome. The owner was waiting for us and we had a wonderful stay.

Pros: HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Claudio did above and beyond to make us feel at home. Very friendly, thoughtful and responsive, shared with us great recommendations aroud the property. Rooms are spotless clean and well equipped. The apartment has everything we needed within 1 minute walk - caffes, supermarket, pizzeria, bus and tram stations. Overall perfect stay! will definitely return if we get a chance to visit Rome again
