Bella casa con tutte le comodità

Pros: Bello appartamento con tutte le cose necessarie dentro (lavatrice, piano cottura...), pulito. Il proprietario ha fatto il massimo per sfruttare questo piccolo spazio e renderlo molto comodo. Qualsiasi problema appare, va risolta in un secondo

Cons: Dentro c'è sempre buoi, la luce arriva solo dalla piccola finestra nella porta, lo stesso vale per l'aria, c'è tanta umidità dentro per la causa di uno spazio quasi completamente chiuso e al piano sotto terra. Tutto è fattibile, però credo il prezzo sia troppo alto
