Luxury Penthouse Parioli

Pros: The host is amazing. He is super supportive and nice. We can check in at 8:00 AM, which I rarely seen in other places. The apartment is really tidy and spacious.

Cons: The location is not so good. It takes a bit long to reach the tourist attractions in the city center.

Pros: All amazing. Manu is a nice host, the communication was perfect, all clear. Self checkin was easy as well via the lock box. Location was perfect for us, it took us less than 30 minutes to get to city center or main bus station - all via walkable distance or by buses (bus stops are a few minutes walk from the apartment. Apartment was clean, well equipped, with AC working - bonus points for silent mode for the night. The terrace was to die for! Whole area was quiet during the night, we also felt safe. There is nothing that comes to my mind as a bad thing about our stay.

Everything you want in an apartment for a city break!

Pros: My stay at the Sweet Penthouse Parioli was amazing. The apartment was spacious, very clean, and thoughtfully equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay (great espresso maker and hair dryer!!!). The highlight was undoubtedly the expansive balcony where we spent most of our time, an ideal spot for morning coffee and evening relaxation. The location in the serene Parioli district offered a peaceful break while still being conveniently close to Rome's city center. Our host was very polite and I very much appreciated the thoughtful gesture of leaving the air conditioning on for us upon arrival on a hot summer day. Next time i'm in Rome, I will not look elsewhere!

Very pleasant stay in spacious 1-bedroom terraced flat with outdoor kitchen.

Pros: Beautiful location for calmer stay, balcony was a dream, and hosts were super helpful and lovely. Good value for a city whose accommodation pricing is reaching extortionate levels. Outdoor kitchen extra bonus.

Cons: Rome transport infrastructure is horrific for a city of this size and stature, save for the metro lines if you are lucky to be near one of them. Area is beautiful but not massively convenient to get into the main central parts with the transport. Biking, walking or metro recommended.

Pros: The apartment is spacious, clean, the bed was comfy. There were shelves in the bathroom, also a little table in the shower with shower gel and shampoo. In the kitchen there was a washing machine with cleaning gel, coffee machine with capsules, microoven, it is quite well equipped. When at night it was a bit chilly (due to rain and clouds for 2 days) we could even turn on the heating with the thermostat. The old elevator goes to the 5th floor and you walk 1 floor on stairs to the top. The balcony was spacious with plants, nice spot to enjoy a coffee if the sun shines. There was even a washmachine and another stove in the balcony, and a table football. :)

Pros: Nous avons apprécié la tranquillité de l'appartement, à Rome c'est un atout , il ́ne donne pas sur une rue passante , c'est un peu à l'écart et il est au dernier étage, nous avons extra bien dormi Il est très pratique, tout mignon et fonctionnel d'une grande propreté Il a une terrasse juste exceptionnelle qui nous a permis de profiter le matin et le soir ...avec une cuisine extérieure et un ..... baby-foot Bien situé dans le quartier Parioli et tout près d'un forno trop bon , commerces très proches aussi , et bus et tram non loin pour se déplacer dans le centre Nous avons eu un contact très chaleureux avec l'hôtel de l'appartement qui nous a donné des détails très précis poir l'installation. A recommander vivement pour un séjour inoubliable rempli de douceur romaine

Pros: Emanuele war ein sehr netter Gastgeber. Er war immer erreichbar, der Kontakt war unkompliziert und die Erklärungen waren super. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und die Dachterasse war außergewöhnlich. Und hat es an nichts gefehlt. Wir kommen gerne wieder. :)

Tutto perfetto! Consigliatissimo!

Pros: Appartamento stupendo, moderno e dotato di ogni comfort. La terrazza poi… stupenda per passare una bella serata in compagnia, c’è anche una cucina esterna. Pulizia impeccabile , tv, Internet e riscaldamento autonomo. Tutto perfetto consigliatissimo!
