Pros: Enrico was great! The property was very clean and spacious with two comfortable double beds. The lift made transporting our luggage easy given the apartment is on the top floor of the building. Short walking distance to the Vatican and proximity to Metro stations into the centre made this a great location to stay.

Pros: Beautiful view of St.Peter church, close location to Vaticana and other sightseeings.Very comfortable beds and available kitchenware.

Cons: The supply of the hot water is a little bit irregular ,but all other things in the apartment are ok.

Amazing views, amazing location.

Pros: Stunning views and a great location. In an area with the locals but sill walking distance to Vatican City. Our family of 6 were comfortable and the building elevator made getting to the apartment on the top floor easy. Highly recommend.

Cons: You have to be a little quieter given you are in an apartment building with other permanent residents around.

Pros: Clean, tidy apartments. Quick and clear check in. Two bathrooms are a big plus for a larger company.

Cons: One bed is very narrow, the other pull-out bed is uncomfortable.

Pros: Appartamento molto accogliente e spazioso, l'ideale per un gruppo o famiglia di 4/5 persone. Anche se all'ottavo piano l'ascensore (seppur piccolo) risolve il problema delle scale. Il quartiere è risultato molto tranquillo anche a tarda notte. L'host è risultato accogliente e disponibile.

Cons: La pulizia seppur per gran parte ottimale non è stata totale. Abbiamo trovato della cartaccia in un armadio e dei piatti non del tutto puliti.

Empfehlenswerte Unterkunft mit herrlichem Ausblick in zentraler Lage

Pros: Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber über WhatsApp vom Zeitpunkt der Buchung an bis zur Abreise hervorragend. Bei Ankunft selbst anwesend. Bilder der Wohnung entsprechen zu 100 % der Wirklichkeit. Küche etc. selbst, bis auf Geschirr, nicht genutzt. Der altertümliche Lift ein wahres Erlebnis! Transfer vom Flughafen über beim Vermieter gebuchten privaten Shuttle, sehr schnell und bequem. Rückfahrt aber auch recht einfach über den Bus-Shuttle vom Vatikan aus für 5€/ Person möglich. Konnten das Appartement bereits bei unserer Ankunft am Mittag direkt beziehen. Die Aussicht über Teile der Stadt und auf die Kuppel vom Petersdom, gerade an den warmen Abenden, einfach super. Zentrale Lage, insbesondere zum Vatikan (etwa 15 Gehminuten). Haben aber sämtliche Sehenswürdigkeiten der Stadt zu Fuß erreichen können. Vielen Dank nochmals an Enrico!

Cons: Manche Einrichtungsgegenstände waren doch schon sehr abgenutzt, etwa das Besteck. Auch wäre es schön, wenn nicht nur einfache Gläser, sondern auch ein Bier- oder Weinglas vorhanden wäre...
