Apartment with excellent service. I highly recommend it.

Pros: The owner was very helpful, he was already waiting for us with the key when we arrived (we even got a New Year's Eve champagne as a gift). The apartment is well designed, spacious, comfortable, well heated and clean. Everything, really everything was available (kitchen equipment, large refrigerator, enough towels, coffee, oil, etc.) 1 minute from the metro station (Gardenie) and about 18 minutes from the Colosseum.

Cons: The hot water temperature fluctuated greatly at times. We arrived by car. Parking is free, but there are very few spaces, and no dedicated parking space. (We finally managed to park in the owner's parking space after he left.) But those are just little things.
