Appartamento nuovo e abbastanza confortevole. Ci sono stato abbastanza bene.

Pros: Zona strategica, appartamento nuovo e ben tenuto con una dotazione di servizi base ma molto buona, presente anche lavatrice. Camera da letto abbastanza confortevole. Tapparelle elettriche. Vi è anche un minimo di cura nella scelta del design degli ambienti, che risultano abbastanza confortevoli e funzionali. Per il prezzo che ho trovato (circa 100 euro) ritengo avesse un sufficiente rapporto qualità prezzo. Ma pagando di più non so se lo prenderei.

Cons: Sono stato abbastanza bene e non ho nulla in particolare di negativo da segnalare, se non che manca una scrivania e una sedia correlata.
