Very enjoyable, great facilities and hosts

Pros: Location is great. Very clean and had everything we needed.

Cons: The kitchen sink is a little tricky to negotiate due to its placing.

Pros: It was a lovely space with appealing colour and decor. We were provided with breakfast supplies, which is always appreciated. There was Rita who stayed up late as our travels were behind schedule with many delays to show us the apartment and give us the keys. Thank you, Rita. We would definitely stay here again while in Rome.

Pros: Amazing apartment, very clean, cute and had all the amenities you might need! The location is very close to the center and has a few bus stations near the building (one of them is literally in front of the entrance). There was food and drinks in the fridge left for us when we came, towels, bathroom supplies (shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, blow dryer and more). The lady that welcomed us (Rita) was so hospitable and explained everything. The host also provided us with many information about what to see in Rome and where to eat and drink. We would recommend this place to everyone. 10/10 😊☀️

A very quiet apartment in a perfect location.

Pros: La Petite Maison Piave is a great apartment and is in a perfect location, 20-minute walk from all main attractions. The fridge and kitchen were stocked with essential food and drinks including coffee for the whole stay. By being just outside the main tourist areas the are great local restaurants with mostly Italians eating there. There is a bus stop just outside the apartment and if you have a ‘BIT’ ticket (available from quite a few kiosks) you can travel for 100 minutes on public transport. The owner gave lots of tips before our arrival on what to visit and restaurants.

Pros: Perfect location, 20 minute walk from all main attractions and close to the park. So many great restaurants near by including one underneath host recommended which had massive Que every night. Best food we ate was by the apartment.

Cons: Nothing, great

Pros: Very cute and cozy apartment, close to many many bus stops. The host was very pleasant and helpful and gave us many tips on what to do and where to eat in the city. The staff on site were also very sweet, helped us check in and held our luggage till the end of the day (on check out day). The fridge and kitchen were stocked with essential food and drinks including coffee for the whole stay.

Pros: It was clean and perfect for 2 people. The staff was incredibly nice and everyone was super helpful.

Pros: The property is very clean and tidy. A very comfortable mattress is definitely a bonus. Sufficient amount of bottle water, snacks, and breakfast (breads, eggs, juice, coffee, etc.) are kindly provided by the owner.

Cons: It takes a bit of the walk from the property to the nearest metro station.

Pros: Apartment is beautiful, location is great! Everything met our expectations. Francesco was very pleasant, eager to help with everything. We had the best cappuccino and breakfast at Faro near the apartment.

Great stay. Good food options close by and the host was great.

Pros: Close to good restaurants. Easy check in process and very helpful throughout the stay. Very appreciative for the food and site recommendations that were a bit off and on the beaten path. Greatly appreciated the attentiveness and responses.
