Great apartment with a great host!

Pros: Beautiful apartment in the wonderful Trastevere. Exactly as in the photos shown. Only a short walk to the heart of Trastevere itself and within walking distance of the Vatican and most other main attractions. Beds were so comfortable too!! Flaviana was a fabulous host. The communication too from Flaviana, from the time of booking to actual departure was excellent. Everything went so smoothly. She even arranged transfer to and from the airport for us. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone booking a stay in Rome. You will not be disappointed.

Cons: nothing to dislike!

Pros: Le logement est très bien situé pour visiter ROME, non loin d'un quartier (Trastevere) très animé avec de nombreux bons restaurants fréquentés par les italiens. Le logement est très très calme et on a apprécié le patio et la grandeur du logement. Lits confortables.

Cons: On aurait aimé, à notre arrivée, être accueillis un peu moins rapidement ! Les explications ont été très brèves... On aurait apprécié une bouteille d'eau et une bouteille de vin également comme cela se fait souvent dans les locations. On nous a dit d'aller au supermarché qui n'est pas tout prêt... L'humidité dans l'appartement n'est pas très agréable mais cela n'a pas gâché notre séjour pour autant. Nous avons eu des soucis de placard de cuisine et de serrure de la porte d'entrée et le propriétaire a été réactif pour la réparation de la porte de placard. Il a apprécié notre aide !

Lovely apartment with nice greenery and a lovely patio

Pros: The patio, large size of the apartment, and quiet convenient location. Valerio gave us very good recommendations for nearby restaurants. The beds were very comfortable. There were lots of dishes and silverware and a dishwasher.

Cons: Only 2 of the stove burners worked. We needed written instructions about how to turn on the oven. Valerio very very quickly showed us how the stove worked and didn’t respond to our what’s App request about how to turn on the oven.
