Pros: Generalnie dobrze wyposażony, po remoncie apartament w cichej lokalizacji niedaleko centrum. Blisko do autobusu/metra. Za rogiem piekarnia ze świeżym pieczywem, kawałek dalej centrum handlowe. Wygodne łóżka.

Cons: Jest problem z elektryką przez co nie mogliśmy korzystać z klimatyzacji. Na ścianie w jednej sypialni oraz w łazience pojawił się grzyb, w mieszkaniu jest wilgotno.
