Great, spacious apartment, nice host.

Pros: Very nice welcome upon arrival, fast communication before arrival. The apartment is very spacious and comfortable for a family of 4, perfectly equipped with everything. It has a huge terrace, which was useful in the evenings. I highly recommend it for a stay in Rome.

Casa comodissima e posizione ideale.

Pros: Appartamento molto bello e curato nei dettagli, a tutti gli effetti casa, comoda, accogliente e dotata di tutto. Cinzia, la proprietaria, persona seria ed educata. Parcheggio gratuito nelle strade del quartiere, zona ideale sia per visitare il centro di Roma che i dintorni. Tutto ben raggiungibile.

Per me è stato un soggiorno bellissimo sono riuscita a dormire bene

Pros: La casa è stupenda, molto curata a 360 gradi dalle pulizie al piccolo dettaglio del terrazzo meraviglioso che c’è fuori dalla cucina la proprietaria è una signora molto gentile e disponibile, mi sono sorpreso dalla cucina e il frigorifero che era pieno di bibite acqua latte ecc pure l’aglio chi vuole cucinare idem per la pasta olio e tutto il in più l’angolo del caffè con le capsule del Borbone che sono buonissime più le fette biscottate di alta qualità, plum cake e marmellata e miele non finirò mai di scrivere la generosità di questa proprietà e nemmeno a descrivere quanto è stupenda questa casa la consiglio.

Cons: Non ho trovato niente di negativo

Pros: Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni alla Residenza Tulipano e l’esperienza è stata davvero eccellente! L’appartamento con terrazza è accogliente, pulito e ben curato, perfetto per rilassarsi dopo una giornata di visite. La terrazza è un vero valore aggiunto: spaziosa e ideale per godersi un po’ di tranquillità all’aperto. Un ringraziamento speciale al proprietario, che è stato gentilissimo e disponibile fin dal primo momento. Ci ha fatti sentire subito a casa e ha avuto anche la premura di lasciarci la colazione: un gesto davvero apprezzato che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliatissimo per chi cerca un alloggio confortevole, con un tocco di ospitalità in più!
