Pros: Wonderful stay! The apartment was very clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. Everything was well equipped and thoughtfully prepared, which made the stay really easy and relaxing. The location was also great, in a walking distance from everything. The host, Lorenzo, was exceptionally kind and helpful — very responsive, welcoming, and genuinely caring. Communication was excellent, and I felt well looked after throughout my stay. I would definitely book again and highly recommend this place.

Pros: We had an excellent stay! The accommodation was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location is perfect, close to everything we needed, yet quiet and relaxing. The host was extremely friendly, helpful, and always available when we had questions. We felt very welcome and truly enjoyed our time here. Pros: We stayed at this apartment in Rome, and it was an excellent experience. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the comfort of the place made us feel at home. The location is perfect, very close to the Vatican and right next to the Ottaviano metro station, making it very well connected to the city center. We also want to highlight Lorenzo’s kindness—he was always attentive, ensuring we were comfortable and had everything we needed. The apartment is very well equipped, with everything necessary for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again. Thank you for everything, Lorenzo!

Pros: Excellent apartment in a safe neighborhood, super clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Great location for walking, just 5 minutes from the Vatican Museum and 2 minutes from the metro station. Very close to a shopping area, with lots of shops near the apartment (Foot Locker, Tiger, Sephora, Legami, Kiko Milano, Bershka, The North Face….) In this neighborhood, there are also some great places for breakfast - Bar Novecentotredici ☕️🥐 and for lunch & dinner - Il Colibrì 🍝🍹🍕🦐🍷 The host was truly exceptional! He was incredibly attentive, always ready to help with any questions or needs and made sure everything was perfect throughout my stay. Communicating with him was effortless. It’s clear he genuinely cares about his guests’ experience, which made the stay even more special. Highly recommended! I will definitely come back to this apartment. Arrivederci💚🤍❤️

Pros: Lorenzo was a really nice host. He cares about us a lot, before arriving, at the check-in and while or stay in Rome. He give us useful tips and recommendations. Also take care of our luggage as we arrived before the check-in time. The house was really good equipped, clean, newly renovated and really big for our 6 person group. 2 bathrooms are a win on this kind of stays as people didn't have to wait for others to use it. The building is a traditional one which make us feel like locals :) Really close to the subway and well connected by bus to other parts of the city.

Perfect stay in rome for small groups.

Pros: Everything was awesome. The price was good, the location is very close to the ottaviano Metro station and to other bus/tram stations. The apartment is newly renovated, the host was very kind, giving us extra recommendations. The kitchen is equipped with all you need for cooking, the beds are super comfortable. The 2 bathrooms were really helpful. Also the apartment building with the elevator gives you a fully Italian experience. We will choose this if we will come back in Rome. The apartment is also very big.

Pros: Lorenzo nos atendeu muito bem, muito gentil e atencioso, respondia rapidamente. A localização é ótima, o apartamento é muito espaçoso e agradável.

Toller Aufenthalt

Pros: Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön und großzügig. Die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen. Die Lage ist sensationell. Nähe von der U-Bahn, Vatikan, Supermarkt, Lokale, Fußgänger Zone. Alles in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war ausgesprochen freundlich.

Pros: Posizione strategica, a pochi passi da Piazza San Pietro e dalla fermata della metro ottaviano. Accesso alla Struttura facile con le puntuali indicazioni dell’host. Appartamento pulito, confortevole e silenzioso.

Cons: Rischio di trovare acqua tiepida sé si utilizzano entrambe le docce contemporaneamente.
