Pros: Posizione ottimale vicinissima ai mezzi di trasporto, 3 minuti a piedi da tram e bus. Appartamento molto carino, abbastanza pulito (ci sono alcuni segni di muffa nelle stanze), una pecca il bagno, molto piccolo e con parecchia muffa, i letti puliti ma le lenzuola non erano stirate. Secondo me ci vorrebbe un pò più di attenzione perchè davvero il quartiere è tranquillo, l'appartamento è in una casa meravigliosa con un bellissimo giardino pulito e ordinato.

Cons: Il bagno, davvero piccolo, l'acqua si fa fatica a regolare o è bollente o è ghiacciata, e la muffa sui muri.
