Cons: Walls are paper like thin! You can hear absolutely everything the neighbours are talking, from very early hours!

Una piccola perla nel cuore di Roma

Pros: Una piccola chicca accogliente e perfetta per due persone. Personale gentilissimo e sempre disponibile, arredamento minimal ma davvero ben curato e pulito. Ottima la vasca da bagno per lavarsi comodamente, purtroppo non ho provato l'idromassaggio a mia discolpa. La casa dispone di tutti i servizi.

Cons: Le pareti del palazzo troppo sottili, si sentiva tutto dei condomini purtroppo.

Bellissimo soggiorno a Roma

Pros: La casa è confortevole e completa di tutto. Difficilmente si trova un alloggio per vacanze così ben attrezzato,accogliente e pulito.La proprietaria è stata sempre presente con discrezione ( lo scambio avveniva a mezzo wathsapp e il check in e check out automatizzato). Eccellente la pulizia.

Pros: la semplicità e la cura che sono state messe nell'accontentare possibili richieste. La proprietaria è stata molto disponibile e gentile. A disposizione c'erano alcuni tè, capsule di caffè e acqua fresca. Il bagno è molto grande. L.appartamento era pulitissimo.

Pros: Eine tolle Unterkunft für eine Städtetrip nach Rom - wir hatten unser Auto dabei und brauchten eine Unterkunft mit Parkmöglichkeit außerhalb der ZTL. Die beiden Geschwister, die das Apartment vermieten, sind total aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und gästeorientiert. Absoluter Pluspunkt! Das Bett ist super komfortabel, die Küche gut ausgestattet. Alles war sehr sauber und modern renoviert. Sehr zu empfehlen!

Cons: Wer lärmempfindlich ist, ein Hinweis: Man hört die Nachbarn recht deutlich, aber da es ein Wohnhaus ist, haben wir zu den normalen Ruhezeiten nichts mehr gehört. Uns hat es daher überhaupt nicht gestört (Und wir waren an einem Wochenende zu Besuch) :) generell hat es uns sehr gefallen, Teil der Nachbarschaft zu sein :)
