Great rental and location.
Pros: Great location in Rome, close to most tourist attractions. The apartment is furnished, comfortable, and everything worked perfectly. Carlotta was very welcoming.
Cons: Noise at night coming from the street. The double-paned windows keep the noise out well, but there's still noise at night.

Pros: Great location, short walking distances from many attractions. Host couldn't have been any more helpful with restaurant and bar recommendations. Very generous space.

Great apartment, perfect location
Pros: Property is spacious and well maintained. We had everything provided for our stay: washing machine, dishwasher, kitchenware... Host was friendly and gave us a lot of useful tips on which places to visit. This is incredibly helpful when in Rome. Beds were super comfy! Location is perfect - in 20-30 mins you can be anywhere. Vatican or Colosseum - everything is close. This is very important because taxi in Rome is hard to find and they often try to charge you extra. Overall - big recommendation for this apartment and a wonderful host.
Cons: Street could be a bit noisy but this is really a minor inconvenience.

Pros: Perfect location, everything is in walking distance, within 20 minutes from all important attractions! Apartment is very clean and tidy, equipped with everything you need. Upon our arrival we were welcomed by Carlotta, who provided us first hand recommendations for restaurants, groceries etc. She was very nice and helpful during our entire stay.

Pros: The property is comfortable, modern, spacious, clean and in a wonderful location! It is in a cute street full of cafes, stores, bars and restaurants and close to all the major Rome sights!

Чудовий тиждень в Римі
Pros: Багато місця, два туалета/душа. Дуже добре облаштована кухня, є все щоб готувати вдома. Посуд, приладдя, кавоварка, плита, духовка, мікрохвильвка, холодильник, тостер. Якісна побутова техніка. Зручне місце розташування - пішки до основних туристичних місць можна дістатися. Вікна гарно ізолюють шум з вулиці. Є опалення і кондиціонування. Велика шафа для речей, є пральна і посудомийна машина, праска, сушилка для одягу. Адміністрація на зв'язку, допомогала з запитами.
Cons: Якщо ви цінуєте приватність, то тут з цим не дуже. Двері в туалети розсувні, скляні, не герметичні і без замків. Двері в спальню такі ж. З вітальні у спальню - велике вікно без ролету чи штори. Якщо ви з дітьми - то це розчаровує. В туалетах немає вентиляції. На кухні не працювала витяжка над плитою, але була можливість відкрити вікно.

Increíble apartamento en el corazón de Roma.
Pros: Precioso apartamento en el corazón de Roma. Al lado de plaza NAVONA, excelente ubicación para recorrer TODA Roma a pie. Muchos bares, restaurantes, cafeterías y tiendas (también pequeños supermercados) a pie de calle. Precioso, muy espacioso, más de lo que parece en las fotos, dos baños completos, muy bien equipado de todo, tv plana grande, wifi… Zona muy segura. La cama de matrimonio muy cómoda, el sofá amplísimo. Aunque había mucho ambiente en la calle, el piso está muy bien insonorizado. El proceso de llegada muy fácil y Carlotta responde en segundos. Repetiremos seguro.
Cons: Nada. Todo fue perfecto.

Apartamento ideal.
Pros: Todo, el apartamento está completamente equipado. Tienes café, té, aceite, sal... todo lo necesario para cocinar si tú quieres. La ubicación es excepcional en una preciosa llena de restaurantes y tiendas. Para visitar los lugares más emblemáticos puedes caminando. Carlotta es muy buena anfitriona y detallista, pendiente de nosotros..dandonos consejos y resolviendo cualquier duda. Cuando volvamos a Roma no tenemos ninguna duda que repetiremos en este alojamiento.
