Roof top flat!

Pros: The apartment is very comfortable and it's located in a very good neighborhood with lots of restaurants, gelaterias, Metro station, markets and beautiful streets to stroll on. The owner was very supportive and kind. She left many treats as a Prosecco, bottles of water, coke and beer. The kitchen is fully furnished. It is located on a roof top with a beautiful view of the surroundings. I really suggest staying at Il Tetto when in Rome.

Cons: Coming by car, make sure to book the parking in advance. It's hard to find a spot on the streets.

Very nice place. Would stay there again.

Pros: It’s a very cute place. Well designed. Used to be an artist’s studio. A short walk across the river to lively area. Bed was very comfortable. Regina is very nice.

Cons: The bathroom is small, but well designed for the space.

Pros: wonderfull stay , great Host and optimal location (near to metro) with a nice caffe nearby. comfortable bed and very quiet neighborhood with a great wiev from the terrace.

We felt like we traveled back in time!

Pros: This property is fantastic and Regina was very helpful getting us in and answering area questions. We loved the old building and fun elevator! Get location for subway travel around Rome- only a couple blocks from Lepanto station. Would definitely stay here again.

Cons: We had no issues and would highly recommend. Only comment- If you don’t like stairs and small elevators don’t book.

Pros: La ubicación y el buen estado en el que estaba (limpio).

Cons: Se echa en falta una butaca en el apartamento, así sería más cómodo aún. El precio,, demasiado caro.

Camera romantica sui tetti di Roma

Pros: Camera suggestiva e curata, in una delle più belle zone di Roma. Molto romantica e fornita di tutti gli accessori utili, dall’angolo cottura al frigo con acqua e non solo. Letto comodo

Cons: Nulla da segnalare

Roma da posizione Ottima

Pros: La pulizia,la posizione,la cordialità e gentilezza della proprietaria. Appartamento veramente funzionale in tutto,letto comodissimo e posizione silenziosa..... Consigliatissimo per chi vuole visitare il centro di Roma da posizione favorevolissima.....

Cons: Nulla,abbiamo solamente avuto un ritardo della consegna dell'appartamento, venendo da una notte di pellegrinaggio.....non è stato molto piacevole.... La proprietà ci ha ripagato del disguido, offrendoci un'abbondante colazione , sono quelle cose che ti invogliano a tornare.....

Tutto molto curato e molto pulito. Vi allego foto della vista dalla terrazza e dalla finestra.

Pros: Mi è piaciuto tutto, davvero. Molto sopra le aspettative.

Cons: Parlo solo di dettagli trascurabili, forse ripristinerei le zanzariere e coprirei il finestrone all'ingresso per impedire alla luce di entrare.

Un monolocale in una posizione strategica. Consigliato

Pros: Mi è piaciuta la POSIZIONE, la PULIZIA, l'ACCOGLIENZA (era fornito di ogni cosa, dal caffè allo shampoo) e la terrazza. La struttura è ideale per una coppia che vuole visitare Roma.

Cons: La struttura è molto bella e ci tornerei. Fornisco solo dei suggerimenti. Consiglio di sostituire il letto, cigola, di mettere l'oscurante alle finestre all'ingresso altrimenti entra troppa luce e che al check-in i documenti venissero fotocopiati e non fotografati.

Un luogo speciale

Pros: E' una location molto accogliente e pulita, si respira l'amore per l'arte e per la lettura. E' un posto da vivere e scoprire.
