Pros: La situation de l’hébergement est très sympathique, son emplacement sous le toit l’est moins, il n’offre pas la perspective à laquelle on pourrait s’attendre. En effet la chambre est érigée au milieu de la toiture de l’immeuble sans en occuper la surface. Du coup, pas de vue en aplond des fenêtres sur la rue mais sur la toiture, seulement sur d’autres toits… L’accueil et les échanges sont justes « commerciaux » On apprécie l’ascenseur et l’accès direct aux restaurants et commerces environnants et la kitchenette sont avantageux.

Cons: Nous sommes venus début novembre où les nuits étaient fraîches. Nous ignorions qu’à Rome la mise en route du chauffage n’était autorisée qu’à compter du 15 novembre. Aussi si l’information d’une solution nous a été « indiquée « lors du Check in, nous n’en avons pas eu du tout la compétence pour la mettre en œuvre et nous avons eu froid les 3 premières nuits, l’hôte a ensuite solutionné ce point, avec les explications nécessaires. Dommage que la propreté de certaines assiettes étaient douteuses. La cabine de douche minuscule ne saurait convenir au standard attendu d’un tel hébergement: le système est totalement inopérant, une seule pommette délivre un malheureux jet d’eau sans pression…avec un receveur dont les joints sont noirs… Et enfin, à notre goût, il nous semble que quelques coups de peinture à certains endroits conféreraient peut être un meilleur « sentiment « à ceux ou celles qui louent vos locaux.

Clean and quiet location in the heart of Trogir

Pros: Loved the location and the private balcony. The views of the towers and courtyard were exceptional. The owner was very kind and friendly and accommodating. We really enjoyed all her recommendations!

Pros: Absolutely amazing apartment. It's located right next to the Pantheon in the heart of Rome. Absolutely spectacular. Checkin and checkout were incredibly easy. If you're staying in Rome this is by far the best place you can find.
