comfortable clean and spacious!

Pros: was nice to come back from a busy day walking around rome to a comfortable place. there is a balcony and the lighting is great. bed also comfy too. lots of space and very clean. giulian was very helpful and checking in was easy. is 10 minute to the train station so was easy to travel from the airport by train. it is a nice location, away from the hustle and bustle of rome but walk 20 minutes and you are in the centre of trastevere with lots of food and drink options! everything else to see in rome is about a 45 minutes walk away which was fine for us :) there is supermarket, pizza, cafe and gelato all very close by.

Fabulous Apartment & Host

Pros: Modern, clean & air conditioning! Smart TV, amenities & very helpful host Giulian. He was more than happy to help with questions. The security in the building is very good, locks on doors secured by passcode

Cons: Area is a little dirty & out of the way of main streets. There is a huge market that appears on Sunday mornings which is noisy & affects ability to get taxi.

Great value for money - very modern accommodation in an ideal location!

Pros: The accommodation was very nice and the facilities were very modern. A nice balcony with a good view. Location was easy to get to the city centre and the main tourist attractions.

Cons: The shower could've been slightly cleaner, but other than that no complaints!

Clean, comfortable, well-situated

Pros: The apartment was clean, well-situated: the porta Portuense flea market on Sunday mornings was right in front. Easy walk ( about 30 minutes) to the Coliseum and Forum, near trendy neighborhoods of Trastevere and Testaccio. Multiple grocery stores nearby. 2 balconies to sit on and Lavazzo coffee maker with pods. Very responsive host. Everything was modernized and recent.I was traveling with kids, perfect for them.thank you

well located apartment near local shops and osteria with friendly host

Pros: location excellent - near tram and train routes, spacious, good host - met on arrival, hot water and shower, good fridge, good free wifi, excellent supermarket round the corner and osteria across the road.

Cons: workmen next door, shower and sink in bathroom took too long to drain, cooking utensils and pans sparse

Pros: The accommodation is superb and exceeded our expectations. The area and the neighbourhood as well is every save. Special thanks to Guilian, the owner of the apartment. He is a very kind and helpful person always and any time available to help.

Cons: Minor issues, small things, unnecessary to be mention .

Pros: We appreciated the host getting shopping for us. The kitchen had basic equipment but lacked a few things like a microwave, oven gloves, tea towels. Not a huge problem for us. The host allowed us to leave our bags in the apartment on our last day while we looked around the area which was excellent. We used the tram to get into the city all the time as the stop was close by and tickets were cheap. Lovely cafe opposite the apartment block.

Cons: Balconies were good but blinds were broken so no shelter from rain on sun. Shower was only able to be used on one overhead setting or water would fluctuate between hot and cold. Quite alot of noisy building work going on in block but we understand that the host can not control that! Bed was ok but only because it had an extra topper on the mattress. Single bed was not suitable as a bed even for a child in our opinion. We did not use the sofa bed to sleep on but as a sofa it was comfortable. No smoke alarm or carbon monoxide detector seems wrong in tall block of flats, we took a portable one.

It is a good expertence at Rome. The housekeeper is very friendly to explain all the information about the apartment.

Pros: The property is pretty good! The coffee machine is really convince. There provide a lot of kitchenn goods.

Cons: The sofa bed is not very comfortable

Wonderful stay in the heart of Trastavere!

Pros: Apartment is tailored made and has all facilities you need after all day sightseeing: comfortable bed, beautiful marble bathroom, well equiped kitchen. Fresh flowers bouqet and tasty cookies with Rome motives were very nice welcome <3 The host was very helpful and kind. We can check in earlier and leave our luggage after check out. Apartment is situated near tram stop. You can also find markets, greengrocer's, cafes and restaurant in the neighborhood. For sure we choose it again when visiting Rome next time!

Great accommodation in a good location

Pros: Property was clean, fresh and to a high standard. Air con was fantastic and everything was available to make it a really lovely stay
