Maison G - new design apartment with balcony

Excelent place very quiet environment

Pros: good location, about 5 minutes from the train station, tram or bus. Away from Piazza Venezia about 20 minutes by tram or bus (ticket is 1.5€) approximately 5 km .The apartment is well equipped with all the necessary things in it (there is a hair dryer, there is an iron, there is a washing machine, dishes, a coffee machine with enough coffee....) it has a long but quite narrow terrace. Excellent interior, modernly equipped... excellent communication with the owner for everything we needed and advice

Cons: We were 6 people, two slept on a sofa which is not very comfortable. The other 2 large beds are excellent and comfortable. One toilet is quite narrow. The terrace is not enough for 6 people to drink coffee on it unless they line up in a row.

Pros: Big, spacious, clean and beautiful apartment in a quiet district. It's far away from the centre, but there is a bus stop next to the apartment (all in all it took about 30-40 min to get to the Colosseum). You can find tea and coffee in a kitchen, body soap and shampoo in both bathrooms, air conditioning in all rooms.

Cons: I'm glad that the district is quiet, because one of the windows in one of the bedrooms is not finished (You can see it in a photo). Though, You can't even turn on the light in the evening, because all the bugs will fly in.. One of the chairs in the balcony must be replaced, because it's broken. Same with one of the shower heads - it sprays water everywhere.

Very clean and comfortable apartment, nice comfy beds. All the equipment you might need was there.

Pros: Loaction was perfect - close to centre, easy to get by bus.

Cons: We liked everything.

Pros: el apartamento era igual a las fotos, habitaciones muy amplias y muy limpias, un bonito barrio.

Cons: El refrigerador totalmente vacío, nada que comer o tomar salvo café. Hubiera sido ideal, importante que existiera un refrrigerio a la llegada ya que no es fácil salir a comprar cuando se llega de noche y los negocios están un pocco retirados, se debe caminar varias cuadras y de noche no es fácil ubicarse. No había agua enbotellada para tomar y tampoco té y tampoco pan o galletas o algo para comer a la llegada. Cualquier refrigerio se hubiera agradecido. Otra cosa importante es que aún cuando está el mapa para llegar, y se puede tomar un taxi, no están las indicaciones de qué bus tomar y donde cuando uno viene del aeropuerto, puede tomar un taxi, es verdad, pero eso implica un gasto extra que no siempre se desea hacer, porque no se sabe cuanto cuesta, decían 80 euros, muy caro y no se dan indicaciones de estación de metro donde bajarse o que bus debo tomar en la estacion de TERMINI por ejemplo. Las indicacciones de la movilización publica que tomar para llegar al departamento no existe. La comunicación luego de la llegada no existe con el anfitrion. las indicaciones de las llaves fueron correctas, se encontraron rápidamente las llaves.

Pros: Bel appartement spacieux et très propre Excellente literie.

Cons: L'éloignement du centre dd Rome nécessitant des transports

Pros: El apartamento está muy bien, muy espacioso y con todo lo necesario. Está un poco alejado de centro pero muy bien comunicado por varios buses o tranvias. En 20_ 25 min estás en el centro

Cons: Los baños son un poco antiguos.
