Pros: Мы с женой впервые приехали в Рим, поэтому сравнивать нам не с чем. По итогу мы получили: 1. Просторные, тихие аппартаменты на 4 этаже в доме с потрясающим ретро лифтом и окнами во внутренний дворик; 2. Заселение прошло бесконтактно. Вся необходимая информация была полной и понятной. Администратор постоянно был на связи и никаких проблем не возникло. 3. Апартаменты очень чистые. Спальная, ванная комната и кухня укомплектованы все необходимым. В большой ванной комнате был отдельно душ и ванная. Кондиционер в рабочем состоянии. Отличный Wi-Fi. 4. Рядом с апартаментами несколько магазинов с продуктами и небольших кафе. До ближайшего метро примерно 15-20 минут пешком. Мы любим пешие прогулки и как правило до основных достопримечательностей ходили пешком. По расстоянию получалось не очень близко, но нам это не доставляло больших трудностей. Выселение также прошло бесконтактно.

Cons: Замечательные апартаменты, но далековато расположены от основных достопримечательностей.

Très bel appartement dans quartier calme un peu loin de l’agitation de la ville

Pros: Très bel appartement dans une rue et un immeuble très calme Beaucoup d’équipements cuisine complète avec le nécessaire pour cuisiner salle de bain avec tout le nécessaire produits de nettoyage tout y est

Cons: La Clim ne fonctionnait pas correctement même à fond il n’y avait qu’un filet d’air frais alors que l’appartement est très haut de plafond impossible à rafraîchir et cuisine inaccessible en saison chaude la journée Le lave linge ne fonctionnait pas non plus mais l’info a été transmise cela sera peut être réparé pour les prochains locataires

Excellent séjour entre amies

Pros: L’appartement était très propre et bien situé pour un week end entre amie. Le propriétaire était disponible et très aimable. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour.

Pros: Moltissimo la posizione ...APPARTAMENTO CONFORTEVOLE , massima disponibilità del gestore , tutti i servizi a portata di mano , supermercato , farmacia , ristoranti ...molto importante anche il parcheggio a due passi dalla struttura in Corso Italia PARKING CORSO ITALIA ..
