Comfortable

Pros: Almost everything you needed in a house was there. Home owner was super helpful and cool. Since the weather was cold, he even bought us slippers to feel comfy in the house. Location not right in the center but a tram nearby the house goes directly to Termini.

Cons: The showers curtain disturbed us little bit while we were taking showers. Thats it.

Highly recommend

Pros: We were a family of 5 and were a little skeptical due to fewer reviews but everything was perfectly planned by the host. Right from towels to bedding. The place even had toiletries, washing machine, dishwasher, hair dryer and whatnot. The locality is not central rome and a 4/5 but totally safe. 2 mins from the tram and the nearest bus stops. 25 mins from termini and tiburtina. Highly recommend!

Pros: Dobra lokalizacja, blisko przystanku autobusowego. Duży przestronny apartament. Miły kontakt.

Primerané cene

Pros: Výborné bolo samotné bývanie. Tri veľké miestnosti, kde sa dalo spať, v každej televízor. Kuchynka trochu malá, ale vhodná na prípravu raňajok a večere. Veľmi dobré za tú cenu.

Cons: Poloha bola dosť problematická, lebo k najbižšej stanici metra to bolo relatívne ďaleko. Cestovali sme do centra električkou, ktorá jazdila dosť často, ale bola to najšpinavšia a najhlučnejšia električka, akú som kedy videl.

Pros: Nuestra estadía en Roma fue simplemente perfecta. Nos alojamos en esta casa hermosa y no podríamos estar más felices con la experiencia. Éramos cuatro adultos y una bebé, y el lugar fue ideal para todos. La casa es preciosa, súper limpia, cómoda y cuidada en cada detalle. Se nota el cariño con el que la mantienen. Además, la comunicación fue excelente: siempre respondieron rapidísimo y con mucha amabilidad, lo que nos hizo sentir acompañados desde el primer momento. Viajábamos con una bebé y todo fue muy cómodo y práctico, lo cual valoramos muchísimo. La ubicación también es fantástica para disfrutar de Roma y volver a descansar a un lugar acogedor. Sin duda volveríamos y la recomendamos al 100%. Gracias por hacer nuestra experiencia en Roma aún más especial 🤍

Appartamento confortevole

Pros: Appartamento ristrutturato, pulito e ben organizzato con tutto il necessario per cucinare, lavare i piatti e persino lavatrice.

Cons: Posizione un po' scomoda, senza parcheggio privato.

Pros: Sehr sauberes und gut ausgestattetes Appartement. Bietet viel Platz für Familien (Wir waren mit 2 Erwachsenen und 3 Kindern dort). Alle haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Wenn wir noch einmal nach Rom kommen, werden wir auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Mit dem Parken muss mal Glück haben, wir haben direkt einen Platz vor der Tür bekommen. Sehr zu empfehlen 😊

Frisch renoviertes, typisch italienisches Apartment abseits der Touristenpfade

Pros: Das Apartment war renoviert, geräumig, gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die Lage ist etwas abseits der touristischen Zentren, aber dennoch mit Bussen und einer kleinen Strassenbahn sehr gut angebunden.

Pros: Appartement tres bien équipé Hote a l'écoute et a répondu a tout nos demandes

Cons: Il manque un aspirateur
