Pros: The apartment is just like in the pictures. Comfortable beds and furniture. It was clean. The kitchen is well-equipped with appliances. We especially appreciated the Nespresso capsules.

Cons: There was no heating in the bathroom. The air conditioners in the rooms worked well, but the bathroom was cool. There were no wine glasses and salt.

Amazing stay

Pros: Beautiful apartment in the close proximity of all facilities and very well connected with the city centre. Apartment was clean, well equipped and Fabrizio was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely book this apartment again during my next trip to Rome.

Great location, clean and spacious, would recommend!

Pros: Very spacious with all the facilities you need, great location about a 25min walk to the colosseum and aircon was a dream.

Pros: La ubicación es perfecta porque tiene autobuses en la puerta que van al centro. El apartamento nuevo y los dos baños ayudan . El trato con Fabrizio excelente y rápido. Muy recomendable.

Cons: Falta menaje en la cocina. Solo hay tres cucharas y lo mismo vasos y tazas. Los baños necesitan baldas para poner los productos y toalleros o perchas. La cama pequeña tiene unas almohadas destructora de cuellos. Pero todo tiene fácil solución.

Praticamente perfetto

Pros: Fabrizio é un host eccezionale. Pur avendo prenotato all' ultimo minuto ,ha saputo accoglierci in maniera ineguagliabile.,facendoci trovare pure delle bibite di benvenuto. La casa vale molto di piu del prezzo che viene fatto pagare.Posizione eccellente ;tranquilla ,sicura e poco rumorosa. Per chi volesse visitare la città ci si può muovere facilmente essendo a soli pochi passi dalle fermate metro. A mio parere Il miglior soggiorno e il miglior host incontrati a Roma.

Apartamento muy nuevo y bien comunicado con el centro

Pros: El apartamento está muy nuevo, limpio y con camas cómodas. También es destacable el tener dos baños. El anfitrión responde rápido y es amable.

Cons: Faltaría algunas cosas básicas de cocina como una tabla de cortar y un cuchillo de cocina. Estaría bien tener copas de vino, aunque no es imprescindible.

Pros: Appartamento appena ristrutturato, eravamo in 3 con la comodità di avere 2 bagni, proprietario molto carino e disponibile, ci torneremo sicuramente, parcheggi pubblici nelle vicinanze.

Stay outside the touristy areas, in a modern and clean apartment with great access to public transportation.

Pros: I liked the location a lot. Far from tourist but fairly close to bus and metro, even walkable to some attractions. Newly renovated and very comfortable. Taxis available around the corner.

Cons: Because it’s so new, it’s missing a couple minor things. Nothing major.

In Rom aber ruhig mit allen annehmbarkeiten

Pros: Die sehr Zentrale Lage der Wohnung zum öffentlichen Nahverkehr mit 20-25Minuten zu allen wichtigen Attraktionen in Rom. Den Supermärkten, Apotheke sowie ein tolles Café und eine Pizzeria in direkter Nachbarschaft zur Unterkunft decken alle alltäglichen Bedürfnisse ab.

Cons: Ich hatte keine Probleme.
